I was also asked to inform you, that we are well aware of the existance of floating docks, but not only are they usually limited to repair work, we also don't have one a kilometre in length. While one could now make a case for modular construction, this would only increase the costs - you might have "deep pockets", as you said, but believe me, your pockets are not that deep (and that is before mentioning the offered ten times increase in payment).
That being said, aside from several more technical issues (many of which would result in extreme increases in costs), due to a Company Restructure in 2019, we do not take any prototype development requests for military vessels anymore.
As such, I was asked by the Board of Directors to inform you, that your request is denied.

After rethinking our order, I have decided that we can save a lot of money if we pay the 7,239,375,000 in advance for the entire order as the gold price will keep increasing. I hope to see the ships arrive in the next few years but be aware that we might need to undertake changes for after testing the first ships delivered to us. In that case we need to enter negotiations again as the modifications might lead to higher prices. With that said I consider this deal sealed. This time we will simply pay via and the Utica Stock Exchange instead of delivering physical gold to the Silverport Dockyards.
