As for the requested modifications, our engineers are positive, that they can install the vessels in question with IGSNS and MilDTIS accesses. As for Russian-made Weaponry, the engineers are positive as well, although they would like to point out, that SDY builds its vessels with VLS-tubes designed for hot launches, while typically, Russian-made missiles are cold-launched, so a replacement of the missile systems might be needed.
Said modifications would not change the total costs, however.

We would be glad to welcome the crews of the vessels in Silverport and other building locations to get to know the vessels during the process of them being built. Room and board will be our charge.

today, the company I will represent in this communique, Silverport Dockyards Limited, received a request for Prototype Development for a vessel from a person within your lands, who's identity was, as it was so charmingly put, {REDACTED}. Of course, I will ask you to ignore this message, if it is a hoax by someone.
If it is not, if this really was a request for prototype development by the Government of the Principality of Zarnicovia Nova, then I am sad to say, that SDY will NOT accept said commission. The reasons are manyfold, but to name a few:

- Due to a restructuring of the company in Octobre 2019, SDY no longer accepts requests for prototype development of military vessels. Period.
- SDY does not have dealings with people, who believe, that we do business with {REDACTED}. We do business with people.
- Even if we were to accept that request, the cost estimate per vessel is so outrageously low, that it borders on insulting - aside from a few other inconsistencies and incorrect assumptions (for example, a nuclear reactor is a bloody loud thing, a diesel-electric powerplant, maybe even an AIP powerplant, would be far more silent), which would make such a project not viable.

We do not wish for further communication with your government on this matter. SDY considers this matter closed. What you do in your own country with the information is your own problem, not ours.

it was with some joy, that I read your letter and your questions about the Maighdean-class Cruisers, as they speak of profound and deep interest in the vessels in question - this is a point of pride for myself as well, as I worked on these vessels.
Now, onto the questions themselves:

- Generally, yes, one can replace the N-22 System, our equivalent to the AEGIS, with said system, nothing would speak against it. A more profound evaluation needs further sharing of data, but generally, yes.
- As for replacing the G-91 Mark IV with the 127 mm Light, generally, yes as well, though we might need to make some slight adjustments to the bow as the new gun turret might have a different size requirement for the turret ring. Generally, though, if we can fit a 203 mm gun instead of the G-91, we can also fit a 127 mm gun.

I hope, that these answers are to your liking. As the Confederacy is a friend and partner to the Free Lands, SDY is very interested in supplying you with these vessels. As said, however, details might need further data.
We would be very glad, if we could host a team of engineers of the Navy of the Confederacy here in Silverport to work these details out - room and board would be our charge.
