before I announce the decision of Yard 15 and the Board of Directors to accept or decline the request for prototype development of the Sunrise-class Cruise Ship, I have to ask a number of clarifying questions to you and your planners.
1. In the Must-Haves, the point of two helicopter landing pads is stated twice. In that respect, is a total of four helicopter landing pads desired or is that merely a typo? Also, are hangar facilities wished for?
2. SDY is concerned about the term of "Missile Defence System" used. Do you mean active measures, like CIWS or RAMs, or are passive measures, like flare and chaff launchers, requested?
3. Tender Garage and Minisubs. Currently, SDY offers no miniature submarines, but it would be little problem for us to fit the Sunrise-class with provisions to carry and support such vessels. Furthermore, it would be more economical to combine both Tender Garage and Minisub Bay into one, in the form of a well deck. Would that be agreeable to Willityan Cruise Lines?
