it is with deepest regret, that I must inform you of the decision of SDY's Yard 15 to not accept your request for prototype development. The issues we have are several:

- Yard 15 develops vessels, which we can build and maintain within the main yards we have here in Silverport, which's length is in total 265 metres long.
- SDY uses parts built by trusted and reliable suppliers to ensure quality. As you demand to equip the Projyek 1337 with KN-4 Reactors and defensive systems built within Parcia, by suppliers, which we quite frankly do not trust, we cannot ensure the quality of the vessel in question. We much rather not built such a vessel then risk our reputation for quality.

These two factors contribute to us not accepting your offer for prototype development. My apologies, but we do not see any way for us to make that work.
