The Oan Isles wishes to start its entire armed forces from scratch. We are an island nation surrounded by stronger and more belligerent nations. Firstly we need an anti missile shield (OOC eg. the Iron Dome in RL Israel). Second we need a strong navy, perhaps supported by a few aircraft carriers. Third we need strong air force, that can provide cover fire in naval battle and transport infantry and artillery between islands. Fourth we need radar systems. Fifth we need equipment and weapons for an army that is mostly conducts guerilla and urban warfare. We aim to have a total manpower of 375,000 An army of 150,000; a navy of 75,000; an air force of 30,000; a marine corps of 30,000 and a coast guard of 90,000. We plan to expand this over 2 years to 500,000 and a procurement budget of 500 billion USD. With that in mind, we would like to consult with you, what weapons and vehicles, aeroplanes, and other equipment we should purchase from you (we live in an early PMT era maybe a little MT to mid PMT).
