Greetings From Majesty Cruise Lines. Before purchasing a new cruise, a range of tests are enforced and one of them is an extreme weather test. Our cruises are very well built and are able to withstand landfall (tornadoes, hurricanes and other extreme weather conditions). This means that our ships can stay at port through storms and if there is a major storm then we may cancel / delay the voyage. The dimensions of our ships can be found here. There may be a slight problem the shallow approach as most of our ships are large and 15m may not be enough room. Majesty Cruise Lines are prepared to fund and make an extra long pier which our ships can dock at. We will check our passengers at the port before and after they board the ship so your authorities can come and do their duty there. We think that if they board a police vessel and have custom examinations done 40km away then more and more passengers will be late to board which we do not want. Dear Mister Lombrates,
we are satisfied with two of the three answers, but there has been a slight misunderstanding concerning the third. We apologize for this and any additional circumstances this might cause.

The subject is the inspection by the police.
The procedure normally is as follows: Any ship passing Maiden's Peak is intercepted by a vessel of the police, boarded by police forces and controlled. If there is more traffic then the local police can handle, SDF-Navy Patrol Vessels might be called in as additional force. Usually this control is a simple check of papers of the ship in question, not taking longer then ten to fifteen minutes. It is basically a formality.
If a ship seems suspect to the captain of the police vessel, it is searched, but I do not think, that any of your magnificent ships fall into this category. No passenger is usually bothered. While we do trust your security measures, we would like to conduct these small operations and formalities, for it is law in this land.
I am sure, that we can arrange something.

Nevertheless, the City Council of Wembury would like to apply as a new port of call for Majesty Cruise Lines. The form is attached to this letter. If there are any questions remaining, please feel free to ask.

Off Board Activities:
Within the Free Lands, Wembury is famous for its cuisine, especially for the seafood dishes in the old city. Said old city is worth seeing as well, thanks to its archaic buildings, craftspeople in open shops and horse-mounted traffic. A visitor once discribed the old city as "walking back in time to the Middle Ages".
Wembury is, during the summer, site of several sports competitions, amongst them being the prestigious Charger Cup, a competition for Swordsriders and Lancers. Sportswise interesting as well might be the Rinceoir School, a dancing school teaching all sorts of dancing, but specialized in the arts of Selkie-Dances.
For other cultural demands and activities in the city itself, there are enough pubs and taverns with their own bands in the city. Most offer rooms for the night as well.
Wembury also has a few museums, amongst them the Museum of the Harbour Fort and the Ealaín Gallery, an art gallery showing the works of Selkie craftspeople and artists. The Treasury of the Temple offers guided tour through the tresuries of the local temples of Ladra and Lodan Lir.

In the general vincity of Wembury, the image of travelling back into the Middle Ages (we call the corresponding timeframe Dark Ages, by the way) does not vanish thanks to the multitude of small villages and old fortified farmsteads in the general area. Most of these farms are still operational, while a certain few also offer other services, riding lessons, wellness-cures and relaxation being amongst them.
Best for travelling isn't the car but by horse or carriage, enough people offer such services, especially youngsters for a bit of pocket money. Hiking is an option as well, although we recommend getting the supplies from a recommendation list (will be sent).

For further travelling in the Free Lands, there are a small motorway and a small airline with floatplanes between Wembury and Bodmin at Lake Iasc, right at the border of the Great Woods, where there is nothing but pure and simple nature (we recommend to take a local guide with you). Bodmin is also famous for its tailors, true masters in the art of making clothes in general and Geansais especially.
A small coastal street connects Wembury and Tipa at the White Cliffs, as well as Perran and Redruth, all three of which have old cities worth seeing as well and market and craftsmen districts. Redruth is famous for its horsemen and horses.
One can reach Scilly in the Trossach with a longer motor jump as well, in order to either spend a day on the beach or to see the warm Trossach. Especially during the summer, it is warm there.

Experiencing the Free Lands is mostly experiencing nature and culture outside of museums. We like to fancy ourselves as fun and sanguine people, although we seem a bit archaic to most people, we are up to date in technology.
