POLICIES

At The Port

We encourage that passengers abide by the rules and regulations provided by the port of departure and arrival. If passengers do not obey the rules then they will be charged or prosecuted which will be provided by the port authorities or by the government depending on the seriousness of the action committed. We also like to recommend that all passengers should arrive early at the port to stop disruption and so that they do not miss their voyage. We are on a tight schedule, therefore if any passenger(s) who arrive late will miss there voyage as our cruise ships are expected to be on time to the port of arrival. All passengers must go through security at the port or else they will not be allowed on board the ship. We also do not allow any passengers on-board if they have consumed mass amounts of alcohol or if they have taken any dangerous drugs. We allow passengers of all ages, religions and races on-board.

Purchase and Refund Policy

All Majesty Cruise Line ticket purchases are made refundable for up to two weeks before the cruise ship arrives at its departure port. This means they are completely non-refundable after two weeks before the passenger's voyage begins. Any on board purchases, such as meals, retail items, souvenirs etc are refundable if still on board the ship. However, after you have alighted from the ship, any on board purchases are non-refundable.

Smoking and Alcohol Policy

To ensure the enjoyment and comfort for all our passengers, we do not encourage smoking on board. However, as we know some of the guests on board do smoke, we have assigned designated smoking spots where passengers can smoke cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and pipes. We do not allow smoking in any other places such as in the dining areas, cinema, theater, bar, hallways and lifts on board the ship. That means that there is no smoking in the cabins and in the halls. Passengers are not allowed to bring beer, spirits, wines or non-alcoholic drinks on board for consumption or any other use. Alcoholic drinks are confiscated before boarding the ship and will not be returned to the passenger. Alcohol can be purchased on board but as Majesty Cruise Line is a Valkiyrian company, the age for alcohol is the national alcohol age which is 21 years to purchase but 18 years to drink.

Security may check water bottles, mouthwash bottles, soft drink bottles and luggage for alcohol. If any passenger refuses to allow security to do so may be arrested or detained. Any passenger who has consumed a mass amount of liquor may be embarked or refused to board. If any passenger over the age of 21 supplies alcohol for a guest under the age of 18 years are encouraging irresponsible and inappropriate behavior. These passengers will be refused to obtain any more alcohol products on board the ship.

Pregnancy Policy

Majesty Cruise Lines cannot accept guests who are in their 24th week of pregnancy even if it's during the voyage. All pregnant guests are required to sign a health form at check-in to make sure that they are highly aware of our pregnancy policy. If you have already pre-booked a cruise voyage with us and are now just aware of this policy then please contact your Majesty Cruise Line travel agency or call us.

Age Policy

Our minimum age to sail unaccompanied is 21 years old on voyages from Valkiyr. The minimum age to sail unaccompanied on voyages from any where else in the world is 18 years old. Infants must be at least 6 months old to sail with us for safety reasons and children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. However, we recommend that an adult is present with any young child on board. If you arrive at the ship and we discover that you have an infant under 6 months present then you will not be allowed on board. No refunds will be available if this event occurs. If you have already pre-booked a cruise voyage and are just aware of this policy or have any questions about this policy then please contact your Majesty Cruise Lines travel agency or call us immediately.

United States of Valkiyr Entry Requirements

If you do not have a Valkiyr visa or an appropriate passport which must be Machine Readable then you must apply for one. Machine Readable Passports have data which can be scanned automatically by a machine that all Valkiyrian ports have. These are easily recognizable from the two lines of letters, numbers and arrows printed across the long edge of the page where the photo appears. Children and infants must have their own Machine Readable Passport or else they may not be allowed into the United States of Valkiyr. If you are confused as to whether or not your passport is Machine Readable, please check with your local passport office or ask our staff as they will be able to tell you.
