In 1913 the ambitious young owner of the Servicio de Correo de Caribica named Porfio Diaz thought of a new way to deliver mail. At the time the only way to deliver mail in Caribica was by horse-drawn cart (automobiles were not advanced enough to handle the rough dirt Caribican roads at the time) which could take weeks, even months to reach their destination. That year the government had commissioned the new Tomas Palma Memorial Airfield as a part of the new Capitol Act which gave Diaz the inspiration he needed to launch the Airmail program. The SCC spent a massive amount of money constructing airfields, often nothing more than roadside dirt strips with tents set up alongside the strip. The project was a success and by the next year mail could be delivered across the country in mere hours, bringing great profit to the SCC.

By 1920 the SCC was the richest company in Caribica and Porfio Diaz came up with an even more ambitious idea. He had seen how companies were transporting passengers in larger plans and made a plan to do so in Caribica. He successfully lobbied in the senate for an expansion to the Tomas Palma Memorial Airfield that would add a civilian section and runway of the airport and construction was completed in 1921. Diaz then reformed the SCC into the modern day Air Caribica, with the most advanced (at the time) planes flying up to 30 passengers and carrying cargo to renovated airstrips across Caribica, now with control towers, paved runways, and terminals.

In the 1930's Porfio Diaz died as the richest man in the country of a heart attack. A day later Andrés Conesa was named the new CEO of Air Caribica and began to make the company service the world by running routes to nearby countries from Palma Memorial Airfield, to do this he purchased a large number of DC-3 planes which remained in service well into the 1960's. The company was more successful than ever.

The 1940's was an uneventful decade for Air Caribica, we grew fatter, and we grew richer. But then came the '50s, that was the golden age of Air Caribica, the first thing the new CEO Thaddeus Arroyo did was purchase Tomas Palma Airfield from the government and completely renovate it from the ground up, renaming it Caribica City International Airport. In addition, several new Comet jets were added to the airfleet, making international travel easier for our customers.

The 737 has been the workhorse of Air Caribica since the 1970's, with a capacity of 143 passengers. The 737 is cheap, reliable and fuel-efficient. We have done our best to upgrade our still-growing fleet of 737's with modern amnesties for your convenience.

The A320 has for long been competing with the more popular 737 for the position of primary passenger carrier of Air Caribica, with a capacity of 150 passengers, while it is more expensive than the 737 it manages to be more luxurious. The A321 is the latest addition to our airfleet and the most luxurious even with a capacity of 200 passengers.

Boeing 747

The 747 is the largest plane in our airfleet and our #1 plane for long-distance international flights. Like the other planes on this list, it manages to still be luxurious despite holding a large number of passengers, 250 to be precise.

Honda HA-420

The HA-420 is a luxury business jet used only on our Rentajet program capable of carrying 4 passengers in incredible comfort.

Cessna 172

The Cessna is a small monoplane used only on our regional flights. It has a capacity of 3 people and is the only prop-powered plane in our airfleet.
