If you are talking about its nuclear warhead, the AM-05 Marksman can become a nuclear device. This is the reason why a NNEMP warhead is sold individually - this warhead is for those that do not need the devastation of nuclear warheads, but need the electromagnetic pulse capability of an EMP warhead. Therefore, in conclusion, it can be both a nuclear device and an NNEMP warhead, depending on the warhead it has.

2. If the former, what is its explosive yield?

The nuclear warhead in the AM-05A Marksman has a destructive power of about 350 kilotons, while the AM-05B Marksman II, due to greater miniaturization and weight of the warhead, has a destructive power of about 400 kilotons. In other words, the nuclear warheads feature a destructive capability, having a fireball radius of about 0.8 kilometers, while its thermal radiation radius is about 7 kilometers.
