OOC: Yes it would - if it charged lots of money and catered to the needs of the moderately wealthy.

Dear Sirs at Centurion Muske,
We urge you not to accept this deal with JungastianInternational. As LexAir is not owned by a Government, and is owned by a corporation which needs money to survive, we cannot pursue above this offer. However, we ask you to refuse the deal, as JungastianInternational is a corrupt company which will do anything to help itself.
LexAir owns gates at a JungastianInternational-owned airport, Nordfelt International. When Artigas Airport began offering gates, we applied and so did Jungastian International. We told the Artigas Authorities that we wanted to fly from Artigas to Nordfelt. At the same time, JungastianInternational's airline - Jungastian Airways also wanted to fly that route. We were told by Jungastian International that we couldn't fly that route, because of "maintenance" occurring at Nordfelt. Apparently, Jungastian Airways could still fly the route.
This was in breach of WA General Assembly Resolution #68, and so we are planning to take them to court. However, we urge you not to accept this deal, as we cannot allow such a corrupt company to have a monopoly in Nazi Centuri and Muskeegan.
Sincerely,
John Abraham
CEO of LexAir

Dear Sir,
We have not nor never used maintenance as our reason, it is purely on the lack of availiable slot to allow you to fly, as we have previously stated you will be permitted to fly the route pon the construction of Runways Three and Four ad Nordfeldt International Airport. We hope that Centurion Muske will not pay attention to your slanderous and libelous remarks, we will therefore, should you take us to court, we shall counterclaim for damage to our reputation and slander.
Our offer remains for your airline and we feel it is the best deal.
It is our feeling that LexAir is throwing these allegations as it is unhappy that it has been outbid, this in itself is an affront to international commerce and morally un-just.
We would also like it to be noted that LexAir seems to have already made the assumption that is has a control of the company

Dear Sirs/Madames of Centurion Muske,
They are not slanderous claims, they are real situations which are occurring with LexAirs' gates in Nordfelt. We believe that JungastianInternational is using "dirty tricks" to win off the market. Even if they are correct about the "Construction", we were given no notice of the event, and suspiciously first heard of it when we tried to fly to Nordfelt. Also, I am sure that no other airlines currently face these problems.
And for LexAir having control of Centurion Muske? That is a ridiculous accusation, one that can only come from the likes of JungastianInternational. LexAir and Centurion Lufthansa were friendly airlines, and we often gave them advice. We wished to continue this through the transition to Centurion Muske.
Furthermore, there have been several times when we've been outbid before, but we can handle that as a company. How can you expect a Company (even if it is backed by Gordonopian Enterprises) to compete against a monopolizing Part-Nationalized excuse for a Corporation?
Sincerely,
John Abraham
