Welcome to the website of Teran Airlines, the largest and one of the best airlines in Bokkern-Teras. Here atTeran Airlines, we value your service. Teran Airlines was founded in year 1988 by Dansen Tranne, as a private airline for elite people called TranneAirways. After the merger of TranneAirways and another Terasian airline called Jet4U, Teran Airlines was born, and became the flag carrier of Bokkern-Teras. Teran Airlines now delivers world-class service ever since. We operate mostly out of Rengaard Ssanden Airport and Isbe Fale Airport.

We always aim for your satisfaction and the best experience as soon as you enter the airport. We do the best we can to improve our airline ever since it was founded, so you, the passenger has the best flight experience. Our goal is to become the best airline not in the country, or region. We want to set the standard for flying. Because of this, Teran has won best airline in Bokkern Teras in both 2009 and 2013, best service in 2011, best cabin in 2009, and has been nominated for Airline of the Year 3 years in a row.

Teran Airlines is a subsidiary of TravelBT. We are a international airline based in Rengaard, out of 331 Hasenrase, in the Tessen District. Teran Airlines is the sister company of BTCruises, RailBT, Kroten Hotels and ZipRent. In November 2014, Teran Airlines bought Skoten Railways, plus naming rights for NS$21.6 Billion. Our airline has international offices to deal with your needs wherever you are. The airline is fully owned by TravelBt, by Hallsa Forde.

Ticket Purchase

Once you purchase a ticket at Teran Airlines, will be valid from as soon as you enter the airport and will not be valid outside of your destination airport. The ticket is available for refund 5 days before your flight, or 3 weeks after purchase. The ticket will NOT be able to refund 2 days before you fly. If the flight is cancelled, or grounded, your ticket will can be refunded, or exchanged for a flight the following day, or two days after. If there is any problems at the airport, don't hesitate to talk to our staff.

Departure and Arrival

Our passengers our encouraged to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before the flight, and to arrive at the gates before the flight is scheduled to leave. This is to prevent passengers from missing their flight or causing delays. Passengers who miss their flight will not get a refund or their flight re scheduled, and will have to purchase a new ticket, as we see that the missing of your flight is your fault. Flights will leave at scheduled time, unless there is a delay of any sort. Flights, at any circumstance, will not wait for any late passengers. You will not be able to board the aircraft if you are under the influence of drugs, or alcohol. If you have any problems, don't hesitate to call our staff.

Personal

Every passenger must abide by the laws of Bokkern-Terasian airports,federal laws of Bokkern-Teras and the destination they are in. If a passenger is reckless, disturbance, or threatening the safety of other passengers, they will be prosecuted in the country they may be in. If the nation has the death penalty, that may be the punishment for the reckless passenger. Passengers are not allowed to board the plane if under the influence of any illegal drugs. Smoking on our aircraft in strictly prohibited, and the smoking passenger will face prosecution under Bokkern-Terasian laws, and will not be able to board any Teran Airlines aircraft. If you have any issues, don't hesitate to talk to our staff.

Cancelled and Grounded Flights

Here at Teran Airlines, and one of the best airlines in Bokkern-Teras, we understand that it is truly a terrible experience when your flight is cancelled or grounded, having to rebook a flight, spending more of your money, having to reschedule your plans. This is why we will offer you a refunded ticket, and a free re booking. You will also be given a voucher to use onboard the aircraft. When your flight is cancelled or grounded, you will get a coupon for the free re booking. You will get this rewards if there is; damage to the aircraft, weather alerts, terrorism in the airport, on the aircraft, or in the vicinity of the airport, airport closure. If you have any issues, talk to our staff.

Our fleet

At Teran Airlines, our fleet of aircraft conists of 50 medium haul, and long haul aircraft, which have went under top safety tests by the BTASB, or Bokkern-Terasian Aircraft Safety Board to ensure that you are surely safe on our aircraft.

Our Staff

Our staff undergo a series of tests at the Bokkern-Terasian University of Aircraft Safety, or BTUAS. When training is over, only the most exceptional employees chosen to serve you to ensure you're in safe hands. This course is mandatory for all employees as it gives it their status as a Teran Airlines employee. For pilots, they are very will trained. To become a pilot at Teran Airlines, you have to undergo 2 extra courses at the pilot school you attended, plus 1 extra course at the BTUAS. This makes sure that only the best employees are there to serve the passenger.

Liquids and Prohibited Items

To make sure that our passengers can travel with ease knowing that their personal security is safe in our hands, and that our staff have a safe workplace to work in, we make sure that items that can disrupt, or cause harm to anyone on the aircraft, are carefully restricted, or banned on every one of Teran Airlines' aircraft.
