Now without saying we are extremely interested in it, but also we were wondering if there would be any possibility for modifications. I would like to know if the weapon is capable of utilizing a belt-fed system similar to that of the Mk. 19 automatic grenade launcher. If it is I would also like to know if it can be mounted on vehicles for defense purposes. Additionally I was wondering if Schwerpunkt Arms would entertain the idea of officially becoming a national partner with the Imperium of Birtonia. Therfore I would like to order 900 units of the GPL-40 grenade launcher, regardless of modification capabilities.

Tested Variants:
NY-4
NY-43
NY-45
NY-48

NY-4
The NY-4 was tested from the Schimmerkatze, Schimmerkatze-class ship, the Morozow, Aal-class ship, the Koschkin, Parchim-class ship and a system of TELs. Firing tests involved single fire against a stationary merchant ship from both ships to determine the parameters for the FCS of the Ships and to ensure everything was set up according to the specfications. Both missiles hit the target. No problems occured during the launch. Note from the commanding officer: We like to express our thanks to the Schwerpunkt Arms Engineers for the fast and accurate work and help in adjusting the NY-4 to our systems.
The following tests were considered "tests under combat conditions" and involved firing a salvo of NY-4 missiles against a ship protected by countermeasures (decoys, CIWS, etc).

Probability of a hit according to tests: >90%
Conclusion: High probability of a hit, no problems occured during launch phase, system can easily be adapted to be fired from the VLS of our ships.
Recommendation: Use as standard missile for all VLS ships possible, performance in terminal phase higher then current systems.

NY-43
The NY-43 was tested from the Schimmerkatze and WK-24 airplanes.
Tests involved multiple launches, targets included a hardened structure.

Conclusion: High probability of hitting the target, standoff range ensures security of the firing platform, easy target acquisition.
Recommendation: Standardisation with NY-4 positive, provides ship with extended range surface combat capability

NY-45
The NY-45 was tested from WK-24 and WK-27 airplanes.
Tests involved multiple launches against a variying range of SAM systems. The WK-24s carried two of the missiles each, the WK-27s one

Conclusion: High probability of hitting the target, standoff range ensures security of the firing platform, easy target acquisition. High weight decreases loadout significantly. While maximum range is higher compared to our current X-31 system, in most cases target can not be acquired at the maximum range, nullifying this advantage. Purchase not recommended

NY-48
The NY-48 was tested from WK-24 and WK-27 airplanes. The WK-24s carried two of the missiles each, the WK-27s one.
Firing tests involved single fire against a stationary merchant ship from both plane types to ensure everything was set up according to the specfications. Both missiles hit the target. No problems occured during the launch.
The following tests were considered "tests under combat conditions" and involved firing a salvo of NY-4 missiles against a ship protected by countermeasures (decoys, CIWS, etc).

Conclusion and recommendation: high-probability of hitting target. Although range is not greater then that of our current systems, the higher speed and bigger warhead can be useful in certain circumstances. Limited Purchase recommended.
