Show Synopsis= The Legacy of Klendathu is a modern conspiracy drama about aliens having placed sleeper agents among us. The first season of the program began with a series of investigations into missing persons, with very suspicious circumstances surrounding their disappearances. The National Intelligence Division (NID), has begun to sense a pattern into some of the cold cases and has taken an interest into the disappearances.

The disappearances under investigation by the NID have a common thread: they all occurred within hours of a strange phenomena, with broadcast signals being jammed for a few seconds, followed by a strange audible series of tones. The victims soon after disappear with no trace left behind. The NID becomes involved after the son of a prominent Senator goes missing during a fundraiser, soon after the phenomena is observed. With the well publicized disappearance following the familiar but unexplained phenomena, other families begin trying to open cold case files of their loved ones who disappeared under similar circumstances.

Halfway through the first season it is theorized that the disappearances are not a recent event, and that similar events may have happened in other points in history.

The main protagonists include:
Director Vinicius Beltrane. Director of the Ryszard Provincial office of the NID. He has served with the department for 22 years, beginning as a field agent, and working his way up the ranks. He is one of the most decorated members of the department as well, and once served as a field training officer for new recruits. He was famous for seeing the hidden potential of his students, and many of them have gone on to exemplary careers in the service.

Beltrane is divorced from his wife for 10 years following the death of their oldest son, who died in an airline disaster. Their son was 16 at the time, and although he had allowed his son to go on the trip, his mother had been against it, and his subsequent death put a great deal of strain on their marriage, and they soon after divorced.

Special Agent Theodore (Ted) Crawford. Recently promoted to his rank, after 7 years in the department. A former trainee of Director Beltrane's, Agent Crawford is known for his unconventional methods, and for ruffling feathers.

He describes himself as a “serial monogamist”, in the sense that he has dated many women, but has never settled down or even had a relationship last more than a few months. He is however not a womanizer, and does enter relationships seeking for his other half. He has a difficult time connecting with many people, and he is estranged from his family.

A graduate student working in the NID research lab, specializing in cultural anthropology. She discovered connections associated with the disappearances, in the ruins of ancient civilizations. At first ridiculed for her theories, halfway through the season a revelation in the case proves her theory's credibility, and she is given more resources to work with.

She is engaged to a fellow student at the Metropolitan University, a fictitious school in the program.

Dr. James Gilligan. A behavioral psychologist who works on profiling the missing persons, in hopes of uncovering any particular instances that might have contributed to their disappearances. Dr Gilligan argues that the absence of physical evidence of violence, ransom notes, or any other signs of foul play would suggest that the people have in fact run away voluntarily.

Dr Gilligan is married and has 3 daughters and 2 sons.

The first season has concluded in a two-hour long cliffhanger finale, and the second season is due to begin filming within the next month.

On a side note, the studio is still casting new roles that are to appear in the second half of the second season. Work visas are fairly easy to apply for in the entertainment industry, and any actors and actresses wishing to audition are welcome to contact us. Not only actors from Gandoor, but from any other nations are free to inquire as well. A synopsis of the characters needing to be cast will be provided when the time is right.
