Born to a botanist father and dancer mother, Ms Arden always had a love for nature and lifestyle. She is a nutritionist by profession, but is also a lifestyle consultant and painter. Ms Arden believes in being one with nature, and ensures all products sold in ProLife is as organic as can be. Prior to her appointment as MD of ProLife, she owned her private farm and consulting firm, offering her clients a healthy and organic lifestyle that allows exploration of what life has in store.

Ms Arden is a keen physical fitness enthusiast. Other than being a certified Pilates coach, she is trained in Alexander technique and practices yoga frequently. She believes that the essences of nature should be combined to allow the complete exploration of life's potential. Ms Arden hopes to spread her lifestyle to many and bring her clients to realization of their potentials and lifestyles.
