Our History
This airport was built with government funding alongside the investment FilmarkRoyal of other stores and businesses that have profit participation in 25%,however, decisions are taken by the Government, the majority shareholder.
The old airport, military service was, however, not possessing such economicviability and military necessity, has been transformed in this airport.
Established in the country's capital, was planned in modern and classical conceptsof other airports, and an additional typically filmarquese. All employees are trained to help and advise on possible anyone.

About Luggage
In accordance with the laws of the Real Transport Agency (RTA), hand luggage or baggage may not contain the following items:
a) Alarm Devices.
b) Explosives, including shell casings, ammunition, pyrotechnic material, hunting weapons, small arms and Fireworks.
c) Gases (flammable, non-flammable and poisonous) such as butane, oxygen, propane and oxygen cylinders.
d) flammable liquids used as fuel for lighters, heating or other applications.
e) flammable solids, such as phosphorus and articles of easy ignition.
f) Substance of spontaneous combustion.
g) substance which, in contact with water, emit flammable gases.
h) oxidizing materials such as lime powder, chemical bleaches and peroxides.
i) poisonous substances (toxic) and infectious diseases, such as arsenic, pesticides and defoliants.
j) radioactive materials.
k) corrosive materials, such as mercury, acids, and batteries with corrosive liquid.
l) magnetic materials.
m) biological agents, such as bacteria and viruses.
n) perishable products containing ice in bars or loose cubes inside the packaging.
o) any types of ink (including screen).
All the perishables and edible food in General, such as fish, crustaceans and other seafood, fresh or frozen, must be accommodated in leak-proof packaging, accidental opening or bad smell. The product must be packed in leak-proof plastic bag and outer packaging must be styrofoam coated with a durable plastic bag. Will only be allowed the shipment of ice in the form of gel or plastic bags insulated and airtight. In case of transport of guns, should be subject to restrictions and special instructions dealt with in specific legislation.
