Our Mission
This world is chaotic. On a given day Communist uprisings, Fascist uprisings, Democratic uprisings, declarations of war, surprise invasions (sans official declarations), terrorist attacks, sacrificial demonstrations, natural disasters, man-made disasters, and assassinations are to be expected. There are so few pillars of stability, upon which upstanding nations can rely, in our current environment. Terminal Solutions Incorporated is proud to be such a pillar for the world. It is our goal to provide the most dependable, most effective private military contracting at the most competitive cost. It is so difficult to put a price on human lives, but if you wish to be our client, we promise we're going to give it our best shot.
Our Story
One Autumn day, Jason Mansor (CEO of the Security Syndicate of the Black Plains) was troubled, terrified, even, that he just might not be providing the very best for his clients. He thought long and hard about what he could do to rectify this potential problem. He realized that if the Security Syndicate were to pool its resources with other PMCs, it would result in a cost savings for everyone. He decided to approach the United Mercenary Syndicate, Vordic Suns Private Security, and Academi, all of whom agreed with the principle of his idea. All that was left to work out was the specifics.
It was decided that, instead of merging, the companies party to the agreement would create an umbrella company that would own stock in all of their companies. In turn, each of the founding companies would own one quarter of the stock of the new umbrella company. That company was, obviously, Terminal Solutions Incorporated. Using the money from its initial stock issue, Terminal Solutions bought resource extraction, production, and training facilities from the founding companies and streamlined these processes, cutting costs massively in all departments. We now sell all of these services to the founding companies at the cost we incur producing them. Founding companies saw cost reductions anywhere from ten to forty percent in firearms, training, ammunition, and various manufacturing areas.
Now, how does this affect you, the client? Well, first of all, you don't have to worry about negotiating with four different companies. You can purchase any contract or service from Terminal Solutions Incorporated and we will then subcontract it to one or a number of our child companies. This benefits you namely because different child companies have different specialties. In this way we can ensure that anything you want done is done in the best possible manner with the best possible resources. Further, many of the savings in cost from streamlined facilities are passed on to you. What's more, we have the resources of all four companies to draw upon, meaning that we can comfortably accomplish larger and more demanding contracts than were ever possible before.
Structure
Our company is largely made up of administrative staff that are presided over by our Board of Directors. The Board of Directors has twelve members with three representing each child company. The relevant structure of Terminal Solutions Incorporated is roughly as follows:

Contracts & Services
Protection/Security Contracts:
Our flagship product is our Protection/Security Contract. The concept is very simple: If you are attacked, we will defend you. We will match your attackers' forces up to eighty percent of our available force pool. There are variations to this contract; for instance, you can purchase a contract that will entitle you to our support even in wars that you initiate. These are, obviously, more expensive. Significantly so. Ultimately, however, each contract is going to be different. There are a lot of risk evaluations that go into determining the price point for a given nation's protection contract. Having a history of recent wars, for instance, tends to drive the price up.
The actual payment will come in two forms: An annual payment and a deductible. The annual payment is paid annually regardless of what happens. The deductible is only paid if you go to war. There is an incentivization scheme built into our contracts that rewards contracted nations for not being at war. You will effectively be paid back some of your annual payment. We need the following information so that our risk adjusters can determine your annual rate:
Training:
Given that we are soldiers by trade, we are quite good at soldiery. You see, we are in a conflict at all times. Almost all of our security personnel are combat veterans. We are more than capable of training your soldiers and getting them into tip-top shape. Contracted members get a five percent discount! We have several products in this line:

Cost per soldier per month: 3,000 NSD
Recommended training time: Three months per soldier.

Specific Operations:
If there is a specific task you would like us to accomplish, please let us know what task that is and what number and type of soldiers you would like to accomplish it (note that we may disagree with this number and offer a different suggestion) and, depending on the perceived hazard level, we will come to an arrangement. Typically, we will ask for a deposit up front in the event that we lose head counts and half of our payment up front.
