Hello, The Federative Commonwealth of Ashyaria is looking for a new variant for it's flag to represent the government as an entity, to fly on government buildings along with the national flag.

It shall be somewhat similar to the national flag, but different.

Hi, can you create a new flag for Rostogovia? I'd like it to have a dystopian feel, include some sort of communist symbol, and not be red and yellow like most communist flags. Everything else is at your creative discretion. Thanks.
