Mr Marshal himself had overseen the construction of this headquarters, but did not live to see the completion. President

Mr Alvin Brooks serves as the President of Legion Insurances. As one of the earliest subsidiary heads of the Legion Corporation, he is one of the pioneers of Legion Insurances International, taking over the baton of Mr Bernard Marshal, his mentor and the inaugural president of Legion Insurances. Expanding rapidly over the course of 3 years, Mr Brooks has nurtured Legion Insurances to becoming one of the most prolific insurance companies worldwide, offering a wide array of policies that cater to the different needs of clients. He has worked his way up the corporate ladder, working with Legion Insurances for over 20 years, holding various positions from his entry-level Area Sales Manager, to Director of Policy and finally taking over as President.

Mr Brooks received his MBA from the Lovin Institute of Corporate Studies, his JD from the Central Recon Law School. He has passed the National Recon Bar and currently also serves as the Deputy General Counsel to Mr Frank Césaire of the Legion Corporation.

- In the event of an insurer with multiple claims totalling higher than 300% its insured value, the insurer will be required to upgrade its plans for higher ones.
- In the event of a failure of payment within 5 days after the payment date, there will be an accumulative interest of 5% added everyday after the allocated time, that will be carried out in the future.
- Should there be a failure of payment for over 5 months consecutively, the insurer will be all denied of his/her current plans, with a fine of 150% the original debt, enforced by international law.
- Legion Insurances(The Legion Corporation) reserves the rights to deny payment to claims on unauthorized statements.
- Plane Delay Clauses in our Travel Plans can only be applied to our partner airlines and/or partner airports.
