Acciw is a new nation, in vast need of monetary funds. We have recently found underground deposits of oil in an oil field, but we dont have the money or technology to drill it.

We will sell our oil field to the company or nation with the best deal to us.

The Oil Field has been estimated to contain a potential 100,000 barrels of oil, with varying worth depending on what market it will be sold on.

The climate is Temperate, with average ranging temperature extremes of 20 to 80 degrees.

The only hazard could be sparse bands of eco-terrorists, but they are mainly terrorizing towns, and the oil field is 10 miles away from the nearest village.

Yes, the territory is considered territory of the USSD. There are none of our civilians living in the oil field territory, only farms outside of the zone and the village of Juist, which is 10 miles away, are nearby the site. Will you be employing locally? In that case, the Workers while in the territory would be subject to your laws.

Slightly Hilly, some parts may require slight leveling should you require to build a small town on them.

No, no small towns or mining equipment are already located. The population of the area when you get there will likely be 75 (Living on small farms, taking up together around 15 Acres).
