We do not produce ammunition/munitions in this measurement nor have we in the past, thus this process would be a total conversion of an existing line already in use. In this scenario, there would need to be significant long-term profitability to warrant such an investment on our part; the fact his ammunition is a third party property means there is almost zero worth to us outside of this contract. Furthermore, our production queue for our line of products is already exhausted to the point that moving existing lines to this item would be harmful to our already extensive backlog of orders. The only solution we can see to this conundrum is the use of domestically located Wolf Armaments plants which would could be realistically outfitted for native orders. OOC: For now im going to disregard the DPR sale because judging by your application, you assume it's a one-off sale when it's not and are confused by the listed pricing. As laid out in the DPR policy, warships DPRs are native contracts. You can purchase the right to construct said product in your preferred domestic shipyard with the usual assistance from us, but rather than paying for a total bulk sum, you're buying each hull at discounted rates. So for example here, you would be paying $2 Billion NSD (I typically make it half price) per hull you wished to construct. Additional Notes

It has been noted that in the growing tensions in the region the Federal Republic of Vichnaya currently presides in — and rather admittedly, the somewhat lackluster performance of some of the equipment in the Ground Forces — a massive military modernization program is needed if the Federal Republic is to remain a sovereign and influential power. Such a program has been in progress since the early 2000s, however, the results have been slower than expected, with the tank force still operating older T-72/90s as replacement models are underway — and in the case of the T-22As in service, extremely lackluster combat performance and difficulty of maintaining a dedicated logistical chain to it. As such, the Vichnayan Federal Republic has chosen the listed products to provide greater performance in efficiency and lethality, with the hopes that the factories will provide a continuous stream of parts and ammunition.

OOC: As I noted previously, you are asking for x10,000 of a product daily IRL, which is largely unrealistic and overdoing it imo. Remember there's 365 days in a year.
