Rumor has it that Padarm, and Padnak in general, are willing to sell arms to decidedly less-than-legal groups. It is our hope that these rumors are true, for our organization is one such group.

The Board, and its command organisation, intends to conduct an exhaustive series of evaluations on the examples procured under a variety of extreme and difficult conditions whilst comparing their design and performance to Voltrovian and international equipment. Should the Padnaki Government request the non-sensitive results of these evaluations our military attachés will be instructed to share such information and to provide all relevant data relating to these tests in order to further the cause of Voltro-Padnaki defence cooperation.

The Board expect that all of the equipment selected for procurement will be available for immediate or rapid delivery within no more than one month from Padnaki defence inventories or the production Should any element of the order be unavailable for delivery within the stated maximum of one months, the Board must be notified with immediate effect and a completion-and-delivery-monitoring scheme introduced. The Exchequer Office has affirmed its intention to cable the necessary funds for payment in advance of delivery upon confirmation of this order.
