To Soar Airways:

Greetings! On behalf of the Legion Corporation, we are writing to you today regarding our interest in investing into your company! We foresee great potential by Soar Airways into developing as one of the leading airline companies in the world, and we'd like to interest you with a purchasing deal.

We hope to purchase 5% of your company at the price of $90 million. This large sum of capital injection, we believe will assist your company's progress substantially. We are highly open for negotiations, but do note that our money is finite, as we do have a proper sinking fund with updates from our own regional businesses. Hence, we hope that through the negotiation we can obtain a reasonable deal that can benefit both parties in this case.

We sincerely hope to hear from you! Thank you!

Dear Mr. Crawford:

We would be delighted to accept your offer; however, since your offer has come at a time when Soar Airways is not openly selling shares, we would request that the percentage be lowered to 4 percent for $80 million. It is our wish that this will lead to an excellent relationship between our two companies.

Best Wishes,

Soar Airways is very pleased to announce the newest addition to our fleet, the NatAero NAE-5. Designed for highspeed, supersonic travel, it can travel 5,500 kilometers in just over two hours, and has been designed to augment some of Soar Airways' more popular long haul routes.

FROM: Rudolf Böhler
SUBJECT: Purchasing a Share
DATE: Friday, September 19, 2014

Allow me to introduce myself: I am Rudolf Böhler, The Destiny Company’s Business Executive. I am responsible for administrating communication between different international companies, to answer letters from both our customers and other companies and I am also responsible for the establishment, proposal and authorization of different types of partnerships. As a part of the company’s executive team, I work closely with the president, chief executive officer and chief operations officer of the company, to maintain a high standard of leadership and accountability.

I have recently stumbled across Soar Airways, which looks like a budding airline with future potential to become one of the world’s greatest. Nevertheless, I’d like for Soar Airways to allow The Destiny Company to purchase an eighteen percent share of the airline for $85M. Soar Airways would remain an eighty-two percent independently-owned company, and current management and operations would not be altered at all. The benefits of this small ownership are:

  • In the event that Soar Airways runs into legal, economic or any other kind of trouble it has the backing of The Destiny Company
  • The Destiny Company and its management can assist and guide Soar Airways and its management in administration
  • Soar Airways will be given direct access to Destiny Airlines’ five hubs: Miami, Los Angeles, Raedburg, JFK and Primeda
  • Soar Airways will rapidly expand under the management of The Destiny Company

I’d like to thank you first off for your very quick reply to my request. And finally, thank you for accepting my request to purchase an eighteen percent stake of your airline. I am certain Soar Airways will quite literally soar above all its competitors in the airline industry, and quickly work its way up to one of the best. The $85M is being wired to Soar Airways’ bank account, and I thank you personally and on behalf of The Destiny Company for doing business with us. Thank you, and good luck for the coming future!

Attn: Soar Airways

Dear Mr. Van-Peil,

We are glad to inform you that Arugula International Airport, Ruccola's largest aviation hub, is open to Maredoratic carriers such as Soar Airways, irrespective of the existence or lack thereof of bilateral air services agreements between the Ruccolian government and other jurisdictions. The Ruccola Airports Authority wishes to invite Soar Airways to inaugurate service to Arugula, and as such, we have attached the following application.

Contact Name: Silviano Marcolini

Airport Name: Arugula International Airport

Estimated Flight Time from Mereon Int'l: (check one) [ ] Under 3 hours [ ] 3-5 hours [x] 5-10 hours [ ] Over 10 hours

IATA Code: AGI

Storefront Link: Information page

Assigned Gates: N/A*

Available Services: (check one)
[x] Emergency Services
[x] Jetways
[x] Refueling
[x] Catering
[x] Nearby Hotels
[ ] Seaplane Landing Area(s)

*Note: Individual gates are not leased, but allocated according to availability, utilisation and other factors such as proximity to airline lounges. Of course, airlines can request the use of specific gates at specific times of the day, but the RAA cannot guarantee their availability, and will aim to fulfill such needs by dispatching the relevant aircraft to the closest available gate if necessary.

We look forward to the prospect of doing business with your company, and hope to hear from you soon.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Mr. Marcolini:

Due to the long-haul nature of the route, Soar Airways would like to inquire about the ability of Arugula International Airport to handle SST (SuperSonic Transport) aircraft landings. SSTs require a runway length of at least 3,600 meters (or 11,800 feet).

Attn: Soar Airways

Dear Mr. Van-Peil,

Thanks for your enquiry concerning supersonic transport landings at Arugula International Airport. We are pleased to inform you that all three runways at the airport are at least 3,800 metres in length, and that carriers such as Air Ruccola, GFG and Jungastian Intercontinental Airlines currently operate supersonic services to and from Arugula. As such, there are no technical or regulatory constraints that would prevent Soar Airways from launching such flights to the airport. Do let us know if you require any other information; we would be more than happy to assist where possible.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Mr. Marcolini:

Thank you for your haste in replying to our concerns. With that settled, Soar Airways would like to formally ACCEPT your application to make Arugula International Airport a Soar Airways destination. We hope this leads to greater partnerships in the future.
