1. These agents are viruses. They would be classified as biological weapons, not chemical weapons.

2. We invented them.

It's unlikely that you have these agents at all, because while we've offered to sell them (mostly with warnings designed to ensure that no one would ever, ever buy them), we've never actually sold them. That said, we don't actually care if you have them or not, but you will not sell them.

You will remove these agents from your catalog immediately. You will cease production of, and research on, these agents immediately. You will do this because if you fail to do this, a nation with a population 500 times greater than yours and the most sophisticated bio-weapons program on the planet will turn your nation into an above-ground cemetery.
