PASSENGER INFORMATION
Currently, passengers can check into flights at BHIA in person at the counter, in person via self check-in, in advance via mobile app, in advance online, or you can even check in at your airport hotel. Baggage regulations are not determined by the airport and may vary between airlines. In the unfortunate event that your layover flight is canceled or delayed, it is up to the discretion of your airline whether or not to provide reimbursement or lodging, in the case that a delay lasts overnight. Our official airport hotel, Vandeviere Airport Suites, is located just minutes off the airport property.

There is no compulsory policy on unaccompanied minors within Booker Hyden International Airport. Should an unaccompanied minor require assistance, all airport staff are able to provide help or directions. In the event of misconduct, verbal or physical action may be taken on the minor if the misconduct results in harassment, injury, or danger to other passengers. Unaccompanied minors will be expected to follow airport guidelines the same way as adults are. If an unaccompanied minor needs to stay overnight as a result of delays or cancellations on a flight, it is first the responsibility of the airline to provide lodging. If the airline is unable to provide lodging, the airport will make lodging arrangements for the minor.

We encourage passengers to keep personal belongings with them and within sight at all times. Theft should be reported to the nearest airport staff, who will then notify security services on premises, and the situation will be handled accordingly. In the unfortunate event that you do lose belongings and have left the gate area, simply ask airport staff, who will then conduct a search for the missing item. We will notify you if it is found. If you are within the gate area, you are welcome to accompany airport staff in the search. If you must depart on a flight, airport staff will continue to search for your item, and we will notify you if it is found.

Mr. Xu,

Greetings from Libetta, Astyria! Thank you for contacting LibettAir today. I have checked with the manager for Libetta Capital International Airport that we can secure your order, and I am most delighted to accept. We know already that Booker Hyden is an excellent airport, and we would therefore most honoured to begin flights between LLI and BHI.

Thank you for taking the time to read this order; we really appreciate your help to give us a fresh start on this new project. You can expect us to have published changes within the next few hours at both Libetta Capital International Airport and on the LibettAir page. Should you have further queries or concerns, please email me at coo@libettair.com. Have a great day!

Warm regards,
Summer Ejriksyn
Operations Director, LibettAir

To whomever it may concern,

The Imperial Realm of Romberg is very interested in expanding relations with your nation, and especially in the area of trade. As a result, we would like to establish a flight route between your nation and ours through our state-owned flag carrier airline Rombergia. The details for the proposed route are shown in the attachments.

As a proposal, we would hope for the establishment of routes to all THREE of our focus destinations within our nation, the Imperial Realm of Romberg. They are Holmgard International Airport, Holmgard (HGC), situated at the capital, Königsberg Airport, Königsberg (KNB), situated at the royal seat, and Wolfenstein City Airport, Wolfenstein (WFS), located at our main alpine resort. We would hope that a single flight would link your airport to each of our three airports from Monday to Saturday, and two flights each on Sundays. Hence, this would require three gates. In addition, if approved, we would also hope for the establishment of our paid lounge, the Imperial Lounge, at a location you should deem suitable.

For more information on our airline, feel free to consult our airline information page here . Do note that due to recent security concerns, we would require a confirmation application on our official airline page to prove reception of this application. (OOC: Please post on my thread as well)

I hope that with the interests of both nations taken into consideration, our proposal for the establishment of a route would be seriously considered, and that it could be approved as soon as possible.

Yours Sincerely,

Mr. Andrei Karlsson,

Chief Operating Officer,
Rombergia-Flying With Style

We would appreciate if you had an actual storefront link on the GE&T forums. That's what we meant by website/link. However, your request has been granted - Air Semolia has been allocated gates D15 and D16.

Dear Mr. Xu,

This message concerns a previous engagement with your fine airport- focusing on gates at Conc. B under lease to the airline.

Due to recent shortfalls and events within the branding of LibettAir, the company will be ceasing trade under the name within the coming weeks. Another Millennium Air Group airline, will be absorbing LibettAir, taking over some services, as will an expanding airline which is established already in Libetta.

It would be our proposal to allocate the route and the gates from Libetta Capital International Airport, to Aethra Airlines.

We do hope that is a suitable request to hand over to you, and we would like to hear back- especially if the proposal falls short of practice guidelines.

Sincerely,
Isaac Jones

We apologize for the long delay in our reply - recent events within the nation have resulted in a mandatory international communications outage. We will update our displays regrading LibettAir shortly.
