Dear sirs/madams:

South Seas Scoops has received your recent message regarding the operation of Ice cream Man™ ice cream trucks in good regard. We would be well-served to expand operations to bring our frozen delights into Rawlincia. We love the pure excitement that our trucks can bring when they roll into a neighborhood offering our treats! What a joy it brings to all around.

As such, we are happy to inform you that your application has been approved. We will begin the process of bringing in the ice cream trucks so that your customers do not have to wait much longer to eat the delectables from our creamery. We note your request for a recognizable jingle to be played in the trucks, and we can't wait to hear how that particular song translates to the more typical ice cream truck sound once transferred. While the number of months to be in operation may be a select few, we have found that usually increases demand for our products during the times that trucks are running.

We can't wait to drive around your neighborhoods bringing ice cream, gelato, frozen yogurt, and individual treats to your happy customers! We extend our gratitude for your business, and sincerely hope each of your customers can find a flavor-ite taste of the trop-licks!

Dear sirs/madams:

South Seas Scoops would like to thank you for your recent contact regarding dairy operations for our company, and we must apologize for our late reply.

Let us first note that there are a number of excellent things in place at your dairy. Namely, there are quite a number of cattle currently in operations, which is good news from a supply standpoint. The fact that these head of cattle are also certified as free-range, grass fed cows is of great importance, as happy and healthy cows give the highest quality product.

However, there is one item that we cannot overlook. Your application notes that dairy products are only collected and shipped once a month. We find this number to be well below standard for a dairy operation, especially when crucial supply lines are in doubt. Without a more substantial collection period, we would find it extremely difficult to consider your dairy for our supply without further information regarding the infrequent collections.

As such, we regret to inform you that your application has been denied at this time. We welcome feedback from your company to help us understand the collection period, and we would undoubtedly reconsider if collection procedures are increased in the future. We hope your company understands the fragile position in which South Seas Scoops must operate.

We look forward to a partnership at some time in the future, should your company be amiable to do so.

Allow me to introduce myself: I am Bob Iger, the chairman and chief executive of The Adrian Eastman Company. If you would like to know more about who we are, please contact us here.

At the moment, the Screamin’ Resort in Florida is currently looking to expand its services to guests as we open up a brand new website and some updating of our various parks, hotels and attractions throughout the resort. We’ve been searching for companies who can provide us with catering for ice cream and other frozen goods, to refresh guests in the hot Florida sun. Nevertheless, I have written to you today to request that South Seas Scoops not only opens up an ice-cream parlor in our Downtown Eastman shopping district, but also to station kiosks around the parks to sell your ice cream, frozen yogurt and gelato. I have enclosed the appropriate documentation with this letter.
