Let us first note that there are a number of excellent things in place at your dairy. Namely, there are quite a number of cattle currently in operations, which is good news from a supply standpoint. The fact that these head of cattle are also certified as free-range, grass fed cows is of great importance, as happy and healthy cows give the highest quality product.

However, there is one item that we cannot overlook. Your application notes that dairy products are only collected and shipped once a month. We find this number to be well below standard for a dairy operation, especially when crucial supply lines are in doubt. Without a more substantial collection period, we would find it extremely difficult to consider your dairy for our supply without further information regarding the infrequent collections.

As such, we regret to inform you that your application has been denied at this time. We welcome feedback from your company to help us understand the collection period, and we would undoubtedly reconsider if collection procedures are increased in the future. We hope your company understands the fragile position in which South Seas Scoops must operate.
