We are a secluded and technologically advanced nation that cares for its human citizens, but does not allow them into major positions of power over others. Our research has shown that allowing humans to rule over other humans can cause unacceptable results. Instead, a network of intelligent computer systems makes all major government decisions.

Sorry to the orders I missed in February. Was crazily busy. All orders were fulfilled IC as of those posts.

To: Delegate, United New England
From: Edgar Halvorsen, Vannish Motors, CPO, Motorsports Division

Thank you for your order. The vehicles will be built to the highest standards. We take their role as the UNE's state vehicles quite seriously. It should be stated that Vannish Motors is partially owned by Vangaziland's Imperial State. This means our government has a slight say in what goes on here.

We have been told to consider this deal diplomatic. As a result, the vehicles will be sold at a price of 50k each. This makes the total for purchase 10 million NSD. The Vannish government is chipping in the extra funds as a 'foreign investment' write-off. I personally am glad Vannish Motors can play a role in diplomacy between our two nations. May our countries prosper now and through the future.

P.S. Attached are promotional materials starring the first car ready for shipment.

Thank you for your order. You've caught a slight sale. As a result, your order comes out to 130k, including the armor upgrades. Your choice of having the vehicles primed, but not painted also saved a few dollars. You have ordered a high quality vehicle, fit enough to transport even our very own Prince Fritjof Vang.

You will find the interior full of luxury and comfort. Not only will the passengers be safe, they will ride in style. Enjoy your new Rolands.

Your choice of the GT2 Blaze Edition is a good one. They won't be armored, so they will remain some of the multiverse's most exciting sports cars. I say that because a race tuned edition of the Ghost GT2 raced a series in a nation called Hodori. The Vannish sports car was the only international car to finish in the season's top 3. It placed 2nd and should have won.

These cars won't just suit your needs, but will make a statement. Not only are you tied to the heritage of our street cars. A purchase of the Ghost brings you into the family of Vannish Motors Racing. We thank you for shopping Vannish Motors.

As for the cost, we could only make a slight cut on such valuable machines. But we can get this done for you at 28,250,000. Attached are promotional materials of the first Ghost before it was prepared for shipment.

Greetings Delegate,

Your order shall be constructed at once. We will upgrade the window armor from the standard, giving it the sort of reinforced composite found in light armored vehicles. These windows will need more bulk to sustain. As a result, the overall STANAG armor level will increase. These will be the most robust sedans Vannish Motors has ever produced. Their appearance will be slightly altered by their up-armored nature.

As a result of the added weight, we will need to swap the engine. These will be the only Rolands ever produced with a V10 based on an engine from the Ghost GT-10 supercar. We may continue a limited run of these vehicles with a limit of 6 per nation. We could only do up to two more runs. So only two other nations at most would be able to order the new limited edition Roland Executive Ten.

As a holiday special, we will absorb the extra costs, apart from the usual extra 10K NSD fee. We hope these vehicles will suit your needs.

Happy new Year,
Edgar Halvorsen

Greetings,

Your choice of the Ghost GT-10 in a law enforcement role will provide a highway patrol vehicle that is more than capable. Before any consumer purchases a vehicle, they should ask about that company's racing heritage. A customer deserves a vehicle that has been proven on international tracks.

Enter Karli Schmitt and her Ghost GT-10. In a small land known for its big racing leagues, Schmitt and her co-drivers led a GT-10 to a silver medal. She was only bested because she was a rookie against veterans familiar with every curve of the season. No other international team was in the top 10. Only one point kept Schmitt and the Ghost from a gold.

Vannish Motors and Karli Schmitt did not end there. Schmitt went on to drive a twin turbo V8 to both driver and team championships in a competitive league called the WGP2. Data from GT2 testing didn't just transfer into this (or other) championship open wheel team. It also went into improving the GT-10 vehicles your nation just ordered.

Any car would have a tough time outrunning such a track capable sports car. We will provide lightweight, reinforced hardtops and necessary lighting and communications equipment. We can work with your departments to paint the appropriate liveries onto each chassis before shipment.

Thank you for shopping Vannish Motors,
Edgar Halvorsen, CPO

Attention Collectors. Do you want to own one of the rarest and most exotic cars in the multiverse? You have two chances. Our most exciting project is a limited run of 3 prototypes. The cars feature chassis built on WGPC formula race technology. The body of the Franssen eXtra Limited is made of carbon just like a WGPC car. The rear suspension is also WGPC technology. Each Franssen XL sports the same WGPC spec formula V10 from Jessica Franssen's title winning race car. This vehicle does not sound like any street car. Instead it has the high pitched wails only seen during open wheel racing. The Franssen XL doesn't start with a key or button. It must be hooked up to a computer, like a race car.

Powerful intakes carry air from the front aerodynamics, through the doors, to the rear mounted powerplant. An open top cabin similar to a fighter plane's shield gives up to three passengers the feel of sitting inside of an open driver's cabin. A deceptively strong overhead rail provides support if the vehicle flips, similar to safety HALOs seen in motorsports.

This car will be priced around $2.5 million NSD. Remember, only three will be made. One has already been sold to Prince F. Vang. The price should be considered a bargain because the engines originally cost over $7 million NSD to develop. This was done for a fulfilled race season. Costs are lowered because of our inventory of already produced, unused equipment.

The Franssen XL is named after World Grand Prix Championship 16 winner Jessica Franssen. With the exact same engine, each car will sound just like the award winning VM22 chassis it is based on.

Image

The next car has lineage in GT racing. The GT1x is based on a car built to race in a nation called Hodori. A run of 25 cars will be made. Each one will be powered by a combination of a twin turbo V6 with three hybrid motors. It is the most advanced powerplant ever designed at Vannish Motors. It is the opposite of the stalwart formula V10 of the Franssen XL. These cars are track capable and ready to race. They will be related much more closely to a street car than the Franssen XL.

If you would like to get on the list for either vehicle, state your intent now.

Greetings,

The Franssen XL is an extremely limited machine. It is our fault for not specifying the requirements for purchase. At this point, we are at a preliminary stage of sale. We are forming a list. The best candidates will be considered for the Franssen XL. We will need to know something about the person buying the car. This will be more intense than a regular sale. Pictures would be appreciated. Candidates should tell us about their role in their nation.

Nations having prior interactions with Vangaziland will have top priority. Having said that, the best offers will have preference. Buying a Franssen XL will cement any buyer's status as one of the top car collectors in this multiverse. A nation's top prospect would be a target for the XL's clientele.

This car is based on track performance. There will be no other machine on the international marketplace with such a close association to this much international silverware.

There are still plenty of other chances to own rare Vannish Motors vehicles. The GT1x is also extremely limited and tied to a racing chassis.

I spent the morning making calls on your behalf. We see the car is for your nation's President. This is what we will do. Our company is producing three vehicles. One car has already been built however. It has low miles, but this is the car pictured in all of the posters and artwork released so far. It is scheduled for a few more events. One or two race drivers need to take the car on the track for high speed tests.

Since the car has miles on it, we will lower the price to $2.29 million NSD. The car will come freshly prepared in like-new condition. President Bourno's Franssen XL will have a history in the development of the program.

Vannish Motors had planned to keep the car for our museum, but we will sell it in light of your early offer.

Official Letter Sent By Air Mail
*Addressed to HRM Queen Alexis II
From the Office of Edgar Halvorsen
Chief Product Officer, VM Sportscar Division

Greetings Your Majesty,

I hope your day fairs you well. It will be our pleasure to place your name on the list of Franssen XL owners. The vehicles are already in the process of construction and will be available for delivery at once. We hope these vehicles will meet your satisfaction as a collector. The GT1x is a track ready car that is just as comfortable daily driven. Your Franssen XL will be more extreme.

To get an idea of how different starting the Franssen is, have a look at this excerpt from an article about starting the car.

So how does a lucky owner start a Franssen XL? The procedure is actually more complex than starting a steam train locomotive. No exaggeration. One thing an onlooker might notice is the car's slightly long nose. This is because it includes equipment used to help start the machine. These parts are located around a section of the glass canopy that extends over the front of the car.

Step 1 - Heating The Engine
If an owner wishes to start utilizing internal equipment, they must monitor the coolant in the trunk mounted heater. The front hood lifts and pops forward to reveal a compartment. There is a small trunk, but there's also a walled off device. This 'circulator' sends warmed coolant throughout the engine. In a formula car, this is done by connecting hoses to external equipment.

There is also a bottle under the hood. One has to fill it with compressed air. This can be done at the press of a button, utilizing a small compressor next to the bottle. This helps counterbalance leaks in the pneumatic system.

Another common sight next to any starting open wheel race car is a computer. The system is built into an expansive array that makes up the dash screen. Screens seem to span the entire length of the windshield. The car monitors the systems in a way that an engineer would, utilizing green checkmarks and a loading progress bar to keep the driver updated.

The computer figures all of this information out by scanning the ECU. This step must be done because the WGPC engine cannot start from a cold temperature. It must be warmed to eighty degrees Celsius.

Step 2 - Building Oil Pressure
The engine now has to coat important parts in a thin layer before it fires. An electric starter cranks the motor after the proper temperature is achieved. The computer activates the same block a team engineer would manually apply to stop the engine from firing. It should be noted how advanced the car's computer interface is. It's work is like having a team of Vannish Motors Racing engineers available to help an owner start their car and diagnose problems.

When the systems are ready, the computer lets the starter fire the engine. It roars to life, yelling in a loud up and down blast of revving. The PRMs fall between 3000 and 4000 RPM as the warmup program begins in earnest. This is the moment when race cars are seen making repetitive noises in the paddock. If one did decide to start this mode in public, it would be a long and loud process. the phrase 'drawing a crowd' would likely be an understatement in a populated area.

The temperature drops to 60 degrees Celsius at the firing. It idles as the temperature returns to its operating value.

Step 3 - Power Assist Bleed
A special parking assist mode keeps the car locked while the transmission runs the engine through tests. A race car is often off its tires and held in place during this process before a race to save fragile track tires. The engine must shift several gears and the clutch must engage. The parking assist allows the engine to shift without transferring power to the wheels.

The driver must turn the wheel from left to right in order to finish this process of helping the car bleed its power assist circuit. The computer informs the driver of what to do. The engine finally revs to about 7000 RPM as oil is scavenged from the engine to a tank. Owners are told to put the car on a lift before doing this if possible. If not, find a smooth patch of tarmac. Try not to do this with racing slicks on the ground, which should be easy enough at a prepared track.

A driver in front of the Vannish V10 has access to the very same powerplant Jessica Franssen drove to a World Grand Prix Championship. The car is ready to go after these final procedures. Any red-blooded car fan would wonder one question after all of this hoopla. Horsepower. Although the carbon fiber-titanium alloy shell is quite light, these added systems add weight. The car could likely come close to a one to one power ratio if it weren't for all of the extra systems. Now the car weighs somewhere over 1500 pounds. This is still extremely light in a relative sense.

The Franssen XL is far from a bare bones track car.

The naturally aspirated 3.0L V10 produces 1002 horsepower. A six-speed, semi-automatic transmission powers the RWD chassis. This produces a 0-60 time of 2.6 seconds. More performance stats are on the way. There are rumors Vannish Motors even wants Vijay Tripathi to test the car.

It is obvious that using the V10 is not ideal in all situations. A small electric motor mounted mid chassis is capable of running the Franssen in 'EV Mode'. The car can cruise somewhere over 30 MPH, essentially becoming a 2.5 million NSD golf cart. This can help move the vehicle from point to point between runs. It should be noted that all of the additional starting and EV equipment can be removed by Vannish Motors to shave weight, including the computer screen. The owner would need access to WGPC level starting equipment and experience to do this.

Engine power is only part of the story. The rear suspension is the same as the VM22 WGPC chassis. The front has been modified for drivability, though wide wheel arches keep the layout close to the original in form. Even the removable steering wheel is almost as advanced as a formula car's, not to mention the transmission.

It should be noted the car's name has been changed from eXtra Large to eXtra Loud. The original name represented the vehicle's four seats. Now the magnitude of the engine is part of the namesake.

I am personally a fan of Jennifer Johnson. She has talent in the WGPC. Your new vehicle will share technology with a car that raced alongside her in WGPC 16. It may take time to orient to the Franssen, but it should provide a unique experience fit for a Queen.

Thank you for your purchase,

From: Alessandro Romano, Head of the U.N.E. Federal Racing Team

Hello Vannish Motors,

My name is Alessandro Romano, the head of the U.N.E Federal Racing Team. Our racing team is comprised of some of the best racers in Europa. As I'm sure you know, both our nations have lately closened relations and I feel this would be another step in showing that. We would love to be able to receive one of your limited edition Franssen XL vehicles for our team to use. Ariana Bianchi is regarded as one of the best, if not the best racer in Europa. We would love to sport the Franssen XL as her main race car to show off our new relations. To: Alessandro Romano, Head of the U.N.E. Federal Racing Team
From: Edgar Halvorsen, Vannish Motors

News of your racing team's interest is great news. We will be glad to provide the U.N.E. Federal Racing Team with the vehicle. The Franssen XL has several systems that might be considered extra weight for a racing version car. For example, an electric motor powers the vehicle in a street friendly EV mode. Weight can be shaved by removing this motor and its battery. The system could help move the vehicle between events if you can manage the weight. The vehicle is constructed of a carbon fiber-titanium alloy. It is lighter than a typical car body and may shave some of the weight extra systems produce.

Extra equipment is mounted internally to help start the atypical, race-spec engine. We would recommend taking this hardware out and using typical external starting systems to save weight. It should be noted that a race team could tune this engine to possibly produce more power. We can send a team of engineers to make sure the transition from street to race car goes smoothly. Vannish Motors can even invest as a sponsor for the team.

Vicky Piria will be an amazing representative behind the wheel of the Franssen XL. The car is named after the top Vannish driver, Jessica Franssen of the World Grand Prix Championships. Many of the other top racers in the multiverse are female. Women won international championships in the WGPC, the WGP2 and NSSCRA last season. It is in this spirit that Vicky will represent the Federal Racing Team and Vannish Motors.

Thank you for your exclusive investment,

Greetings Reino de Brazil Representative,

We here at Vannish Motors are ecstatic about expanding to your market. Our export line is designed to compliment any nation's selection of cars. Vannish Motors only currently exports luxury and sports cars. They can be introduced into a market without overwhelming existing companies. Our company will want to work with neighborhoods surrounding dealership locations.

This can occur in various ways ranging from donations to schools to financing local recreational sports teams. Perhaps our company can scout a location to host an event similar to 'cars and coffee'. We may want to find a local spin on the take. These events are designed for supercar owners to bring their vehicles to a public location for a meet and greet.

Vannish Motors is a partially state owned company. By opening 500 dealerships, the Vannish Empire now considers you an important ally. I looked up some information on your nation online. It is very impressive. I believe this is only the start of both of our nations working together.

Thank you for bringing Vannish Motors into your nation. Here's to continued success.
