Company Policies

I. Aramatech Ground Systems may deny any order at any time for any reason.

II. All customers of Aramatech Ground Systems are entitled to a 15 year warranty on all products. Aramatech sees the warranty as a contract between both the distributing and purchasing parties. The contract is broken and the warranty is null and void if:
A. The purchasing party performs major upgrades that violate the original product systems.
B. The product is broken or destroyed by third parties in an act of violence.
C. The product is intentionally destroyed by the customer nation.

III. Customers who purchase Domestic Production Rights (DPR) may not sell the products they domestically produce on the market as their own product. Aftermarket sales of any Aramatech products, domestically produced or not, is forbidden unless the selling party contacts Aramatech first and requests permission to resell the product.

IV. All order contracts previously agreed upon by both parties may be cancelled by the distributing party if any company policies are broken with or without a refund as decided by the CEO and company board.

His Majesty, Crown Prince Micheal I, has signed off on a new bill, allowing the Island Defense Force to be modernized. Reticently passed in parliament, funds have been allocated to purchase new vehicles and weaponry, which will give the island a much more efficient, and modern defense force. With that said, we formally order 1 of each version of both the AG-10 Cavall and the AG-12 Argos combat vehicles for testing and evaluation purposes.

We also formally request to have domestic production rights of these vehicles, and the battlement management systems, as these would greatly increase our technology industry, help our national economy, and allow the unemployed citizens a place to work. Plus if we have domestic production rights, then you could give us orders to complete if your own factories or production facilities are already clogged with production, so its a win/win if you allow us to build them domestically.

The money has been wired to the company account, awaiting confirmation on receiving it. We thank you for your time, and hope to be approved for dpr.
