Re: Regular beer shipments to Royal Brazilian Airlines, Reino do Brasil

Dylan Silveira,

Thank you for your interest in Golden Cross Lager. We have received your order and will be flying it along very soon to the address listed.
Rest assured, although it is a very large order, we can process it comfortably and quickly due to the amount of breueries we have in operation near your location.

We expect payment from the House of Gold Bank to our account with EngolBanc, at which time the order will be released from our docks at several locations which are shipping your beer. We are very satisfied with this wonderful partnership and look forward to continuing to stock Royal Brazilian Airlines for years to come.

Should you have any other questions or concerns, please let me know.

Xu Bin,

Thank you for your interest in Golden Cross Lager. We have reviewed your application and are sorry to inform you that under the conditions you have set forth, there is no possible way that we could do business together.

If there is no profit we can reap from opening a breuerie in your nation, there is no logical sense in us burdening ourselves with the cost to build the facility. While we believe in taking care of our employees, passing on all profit to them does not make for a profitable venture for us. Good luck in your future ventures. You will need it.

Ms. de los Angeles,

Thank you for your interest in Golden Cross Lager. We have reviewed your application and would be very amicable to opening a breuerie in your Commonwealth. We are sure that this will be an incredible boon and integral part of the local economy. We will line up local contractors and builders, if possible, in order to start work on the facility at Nueva Madrid, Spanish Crowns, immediately.

We will do our best to hire the appropriate local staff based on their best qualifications. In order to keep 10,000 workers gainfully employed, we may indeed need to look at bringing in some subsidies from your government, though. No matter the volume of production, keeping 10,000 line workers on is a huge commitment even with 3 fully staffed working shifts, but we will do our best to reach that level. What I can tell you is that the number of related jobs, such as support, distribution, administration, marketing and other fields that are indirectly beneficially effected by the new breuerie facility could very well bring us closer to your target employment figure. We will certainly need to have more talks on this matter as the partnership progresses.

Should you have any other questions or concerns, please let me know.

Dear George Helland, VP of Golden Cross

Our country just had a bureaucratic scheme disaster. The Emperor was just deposed and the military is struggling against the bureaucrats' laws, since the bureaucrats just invoked an ancient law to rise taxes and to expropriate all of the private-owned industry. I was notified that the my company, the same one Golden Cross BEER had a breuerie in New Madrid, was sadly expropriated. Once we solve this, we would love to return your breuerie back and to pay you a compensation for the temporal loss. As of now, pray our lord Jesus Christ that we get to return this industry to the capitalists from the evil bureaucrats. The bureaucrats will be punished for causing losses to the economy (included 1 trillion of the GDP and the fall of the Pizza Delivery and the Mining Service.)
As for now, we wish you a nice day and a Merry Christmas!

NESA CLEARANCE LEVEL TWO-FIVE TOP SECRET DOCUMENT

Image

CONF DOC#: 2-5-NE456UQ3

INTELLIGENCE REPORT BY SPECIAL COMMISSION

Upon special request by Burgunden Breueries, Ltd. to the Federal Council of the Confederacy of Neu Engollon, and henceforth commissioned to NESA, the Neu Engollon Security Agency, this is a special briefing on the situation in the Spanish Crowns. The Agency has conducted an on the ground surveillance/reconnaissance in the Commonwealth of Spanish Crowns, as well as compiling a series of reports and media articles about the economic collapse of the aforementioned nation.

Despite a large amount of possessions and far reaching territories and numerous resources, gross mismanagement and lackluster security of the Spanish Crowns has brought about a catastrophic collapse of their economy, their currency base, and a default on all loans to the international community. The practice of expropriation seems to be empire wide as many foreign businesses have been taken over by the current government, which has subverted the monarchy to its will. No remuneration to the original owners has been reported as of yet.

It is not likely that this issue will be solved anytime soon, despite Ms. de Los Angeles protestations otherwise. While this was an incredibly fast devolution into economic chaos for the Spanish Crowns, a reversion back to a more normal mode of operation and a de-nationalization is not reasonably expected and not logistically possible for quite some time. Much of the damage done to the Spanish Crowns economy is suspected irreversible within the current decade.

While a seizure of Neu Engollian private property was enacted by a potentially hostile regime, it is the recommendation of NESA that the NEDM-DGC is not mobilized as an attempt to re-conquer and bring retribution to parties who have invaded the property would both not ultimately result in the property being viable again for the Confederacy registered corporation, nor would it truly bring retribution or enlightenment to those who wish the Confederacy harm. The cost to gain ratio does not work out in favor of the subject domestic institution.

It is the recommendation of NESA that Burgunden Breueries and associated companies sever all ties with the Spanish Crowns and consider the mostly constructed facility in New Madrid to be forfeit. Investing any more money into the Commonwealth would only mean more irrevocably lost funds with little likely possible return and additionally, and more alarming, possible loss of personnel and other assets. Immediate severance of all ties with the Commonwealth is therefore deemed the most appropriate and logical course of action. Not only does this apply to BB, Terembev, BDI and any other Neu Engollian companies, but the recommendation will be passed along to all Teremaran governments and industries.

~ Compiled by Officers and Agents under the direction of Assistant Directors Omelier and Riedelhoff, reporting to Director von Tindelberg. Briefings conducted for Council President Garavano and the Federal Council, The Board of Burgunden Breueries, Terembev CEO and BDI CEO present on 24 Dec 2016.

Re: Expropriation of new breuerie in Spanish Crowns

Ms. de los Angeles,

Thank you for informing us of the status of the facility at Nueva Madrid, Spanish Crowns.

Due to the shocking suddenness of the actions of your government, we have ceased all operations in the Spanish Crowns and recalled all personnel back to the Confederacy at the strong recommendation of our own government. We are afraid that we see no alternative but to no longer conduct business within the Spanish Crowns, even should conditions improve, as we have taken such a huge financial hit with the loss of this facility, and cannot trust the future stability of the government to secure our property or ensure the safety of our personnel. We hope you understand and thank you for informing us of these events. We are sorry to hear of your personal predicament and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Mr. Camel,

Thank you for your interest in Golden Cross Lager. We have reviewed your application and would be very amicable to opening a breuerie in your Free Land. We are sure that this will be an incredible boon and integral part of the local economy. We will line up local contractors and builders, if possible, in order to start work on the facility at Neudorf, Vamenlac, immediately.

We will do our best to hire the appropriate local staff based on their best qualifications. We understand that it is important moving forward that you have a good idea of the amount of jobs created in order to generate more political and capital support. We can not give you an exact figure at this moment, but can tell you that the number of direct jobs inside a typical GC breuerie is about 500. That estimated number, however, does not account for the number of related jobs, such as support, distribution, administration, clerical, maintenance, marketing, facility insurance and other fields that are indirectly beneficially effected by the new breuerie facility. This number could be well over 2,000 if you include all the related industry jobs that will be created indirectly by the establishment of a breuerie. We will certainly need to have more talks on this matter as the partnership progresses and looking at expanding both the physical facility as well as its distribution reach.

Our legal team will work with your appointed firm on all such matters that will smooth the bureaucratic process of establishing the breuerie.

Thank you for your interest in Golden Cross Lager. We have reviewed your application and would be very amicable to opening a breuerie in your Federation. We are sure that this will be an incredible boon and integral part of the local economy. We will be sure to line up local contractors and builders for future sites in order to start work on these facilities.

However, considering that it is a new market for us, we would like to start with one location first, and so far, per our whole range of communication, we haven't been able to discern that test market location. In fact, no locations have been named. Until we can establish where to start and go from there, I'm afraid we will not be able to break ground and begin what promises to be a wonderful partnership between Estado Liquido Ltd. and Golden Cross/Burgunden Breueries.

Please get in touch with us soonest in order to clarify these discrepancies.

Rest assured, although it is a very large order, we can process it comfortably and quickly due to the amount of breueries we have in operation near your location.

We expect payment from the Compass International Bank & Finance to our account with EngolBanc, at which time the order will be released from our docks which are shipping your beer. We are very satisfied with this wonderful partnership and look forward to continuing to stock Backyard Bar-B-Q for years to come.

Should you have any other questions or concerns, please let me know.

VP of Golden Cross

Re: Establishment of a breuerie in Carlist Spains

Mr. Velez Smith,

Thank you for your interest in Golden Cross Lager. We have reviewed your application and would be very amicable to opening a breuerie in your Holy Empire and the Kingdom of Patagonia. We are very amenable to the terms you have laid forth, especially the tax situation. We are sure that this will be an incredible boon and integral part of the local economy. We will line up local contractors and builders, if possible, in order to start work on the facility at 165 Urraca Street, (Outskirts of Rio Gallegos) Port City in Patagonia, immediately.

We will do our best to hire the appropriate local staff based on their best qualifications.

Should you have any other questions or concerns, please let me know.
