From: Deanna Ricocci, Sales Account Manager, Golden Cross, Burgunden Breuerie

Mr. Yalkovic,

Thank you for your interest in Golden Cross Lager. We have reviewed your application and still have serious questions about it.

First of all, the location requested is odd, and it is not clear whether this is one location or multiple locations. We only handle one location at a time, per request.

Secondly, I have been instructed to let you know that we don't deal with terrorist organizations. One of the requesting agencies and parties listed in your application is in fact a terrorist organization, even if they are technically of mercenary status to your government. We will only deal with official government agencies making requests for breueries and have no desire to be linked or located within terrorist held territory.

Until you can clear up these discrepancies for us, I'm afraid we will have to pass on establishing a breuerie in your nation.

Thank you for your understanding.

Fine we need our beer anyways.

Let it be known that while we agree not to have anything in PLG territory but Homedale is next to PLG territory so any PLG families can still have jobs in the brewery(if hiring is allowed here)and you can't stop the fact people needs to work and sometimes they don't want to hold a gun and shoot someone else for money.

Mr. Yalkovic,

Thank you for getting back to us.

We understand the concern for employment for your citizens. We try to hire locally as much as possible. As long as your citizens are not known terrorists and pass the background checks, they should be able to be employed at our facilities. Being related to terrorist suspects doesn't necessarily warrant barring from employment in a Golden Cross Breuerie, as long as the individuals themselves have not done anything illegal.

We have reviewed your application and would be very amicable to opening a breuerie in your nation. We are sure that this will be an incredible boon and integral part of the local economy. We will line up local contractors and builders, if possible, in order to start work on the facility at Homedale, Vulkata, immediately.

Should you have any other questions or concerns, please let me know.

Re: Regular beer shipments to Confederate Islands of Paputu

Glenton Supermarkets Purchaser,

Thank you for your interest in Golden Cross Lager. We have received your order and will be sending it along very soon to the dock/address listed.
Rest assured, although it is a very large order, we can process it comfortably due to the amount of breueries we have in operation.

We expect payment from the Paputian National Bank to our account with EngolBanc, at which time the order will be released from our docks at several locations which are shipping your beer. We are very satisfied with this wonderful partnership and look forward to continuing to stock the Glenton Supermarkets for years to come.

Breuerie Request

Postby San Gardia » Mon Aug 29, 2016 1:22 am

From: Carlos Montoya, Minister of Trade
To: Mrs Deanna Ricocci, Sales Account Manager, Golden Cross Lager

To whom it may concern,

In the wake of the civil war which brought the current San Gardian regime to power the government wishes to diversify the local economy, including the emphasis of tourism. Accordingly we wish to establish one of your breueries in our capital city, Ciudad Plata, in order to readily supply your excellent wares to visitors to our nation as well as local consumers.

In addition we wish to forward an offer which your company may find interesting. In the mountains along San Gardia's southwestern border the natives brew a potent beverage from the honey of the red viperwasp, an insect which, to the best of our knowledge, resides nowhere else in the world. This beverage is basically a form of spicy mead with a smoky aftertaste. With your company potentially opening a breuerie in our country we sought to ask if you would be interested in offering our local brew to your own clientele.

In regards to the spicy mead that comes from the nectar of a wasp, we will have to investigate this further. Golden Cross is a very straight forward lager recipe, and we only brew a few other select varieties in our breueries. However, our parent corporation, AstyBev, may possibly be interested in exploring such a beverage for future limited marketing. We will be in further touch about this unique beverage.

Should you have any other questions or concerns, please let me know.

Official Announcement
of the Shiramata International Holdings LLC.

To the attention of Golden Cross BEER Board

Dear Sirs,

Shiramata International Holdings LCC., for itself and on behalf of its affiliated funds and its and their nominee entities (collectively, “SIH”), is pleased to submit this preliminary non-binding proposal to acquire 10% shares of common stock of you company assets. We believe that the product quality and the success they encounter on the market should ensured a rapid development of your company, development that Shiramata Holdings wishes to participate and support. For this reason, our company is interested in investing in your business, to broaden the financial capacity and accelerated the development process.

We will offer NS$ 25,000,000 in capital injection to the overall operations to expand your international business operations, in exchange for 10% ownership of your company. We believe that our proposal of acquisition of the Company’s Shares will provide a very attractive opportunity to the Company’s shareholders as well as new opportunities for extension of your company's activities.

In exchange, Shiramata Holding hope to offer guarantees which we are willing to modifiy according to your remarks and proposals. At your request, our board member will not infringe on your decision making in the board of directors and will not exercise his vote and instead transfer this voting power to the leadership of your CEO/President. We will also not engage in any attempt to increase our ownership in the company. Regarding this aspect, we want to ensure that your company is not interested in an acquisition of all of your assets.

The terms and conditions upon which we are prepared to pursue the Acquisition are all negociable. We are confident in our ability to consummate an Acquisition as outlined in this letter.

We look forward to learning about the outcome of our request and wishes you all continued success as you lead your beloved nation.

Very respectful,

Re: Establishment of breueries in The Intergalactic Universe Corporation

Ms. Teo,

Thank you for your interest in Golden Cross Lager. We have received your received your request for 700,000 breueries in Halliburton. To be honest, we are not entirely sure this was not a typographical error. Unfortunately, 700,000 is far beyond (exactly 699,999 locations beyond) the scope of what we would or could do for the initial establishment of facilities in a new market. Normally, we try to establish one facility, which is quite large as it is, and test the market from there, as to how the volume is received. We are not interested in oversaturating a market with expensive facilities that could certainly close within a short time of opening, affecting thousands upon millions of jobs, not to mention the affect on associated industries dependent on such facilities who would also be affected by closings. Also, we do not have the capital to open such a large volume of facilities in such a short time.

If there was a counter offer for a partnership with a much more reasonable request, we would be willing to hear it. Thanks again for your interest.

Should you have any other questions or concerns, please let me know.
