(Remember that Beaulieu prefer excellent written communication; we are likely to turn down applicants who simply link us or attempt to refer us to a storefront. We sometimes understand that suppliers and partners will appear to be synonymous, and so we will not penalise this if the wrong form is used.)

To the Management at Lolomz Airlines, Unfortunately, as we have expressed numerous times- even on the application form itself, we cannot engage in partnerships if we are not goven enough information; we cannot yet go any further if discussion is this brief, and therefore we must hold your process. I do hope that you will return to give us a full pitch. Faithfully, Bevan Macmillan Director of Partnerships and Promotions, Beaulieu Hotels & Resorts |
Dear Ms. Kurana, We at Beaulieu do pride ourselves on an international scale of product availability; however, when it comes to certain products, we do prefer that they are locally sourced, and give back to a local community. For now, as we are currently content with our suppliers of milk, we would rather not break our smaller ties. However, to some extent we would like an arrangement with Cattleland United Dairy. We are confident in the opinion that CUD is a willing candidate, with your fine selection of partnerships we cannot deny that we have long-considered approaching you before the recent reformation and re-brand. Therefore, I believe that our breakfast bars and buffets would benefit from both your yoghurt and ice cream varieties in their original packaged form. Upon further discussion, I'm sure we can come to an agreement over numbers to stock. If you wish to get that ball rolling, please do not hesitate to drop by and let us know. I look forward to arranging new links with you, and therefore I thank you for your time taken. Sincerely, Bevan Macmillan Director of Partnerships and Promotions, Beaulieu Hotels & Resorts |

For the Management at Continental Beverage Company, I am delighted to hear from a world-renowned name like ConBev. We do already have experts from South Seas Soda Company- a respected supplier, providing us with refreshing and tantalising soda drinks; and the range held by Attico's Drinkeries and Clengin Family Restaurant -working with two of our brands already serve purpose. However, I feel there is some space for ConBev to fill. Furthermore we are very cautious in serving alcohol separate from our already-stocked bars and restaurants which can actively ID, though it is always a mission to keep refrigerated mini-bars stocked for the families, and thus we shall accommodate for volume below 5.0% (even if Woodsteasians themselves are very liberal with alcohol). We would propose that we would stock mini-bars with the following:

From the desk of Silas Abernathy, Minster of Tourism and Hospitality, Government of Costa Aluria
01 June 2014
Attention: Beaulieu Hotels and Resorts Management
Dear Sirs and Madams,
With the continued popularity of our nation as a top destination, Costa Aluria now looks to expand our hospitality accommodations in key cities and towns. As our search for top-notch hotel chains progressed, your name kept returning to the forefront of our consideration. We must say we have been impressed with your hotel line for several months; your name came into consideration some time ago when your company began a partnership with a well known beverage company that calls Costa Aluria home. It is an appealing prospect in its own right to support a business that has in turn helped our local economy; it is an even greater draw when the business comes with the trusted name, great reputation, and superb properties such as Beaulieu.
The nation of Costa Aluria seeks at this time to grow hospitality accommodations within key areas; as such we would like to extend a formal invitation to your company to expand onto our islands. We have designated seventeen properties which we feel will meet your expectations and which are strategically located throughout the nation. Investors in these properties would undoubtedly benefit from name recognition and location. Our nation is prepared to offer large subsidies to a company such as Beaulieu Hotels and Resorts for a commitment to build in any of these designated cities.
We would like to open two country resorts, to be placed in the cities of Calista and Marauder's Coast. Calista is a quickly growing city with great access to the mountains. We believe a country resort could do well in a well preserved area with access both to the terrain as well as to the ocean. The Marauder's Coast area is well known as a destination resort town, with modern architectural influence from our nation's Spanish buccaneer days. A country resort themed appropriately could thrive in this location.
For our larger cities, we would like to open four Alpha Lofts, to be located in Providence, Wycliffe Press, Corsair Cay, and the capital of Mosaic. Wycliffe Press and Providence are typical modern day cities where we feel the best value would be in building Alpha Lofts. Corsair Cay is a unique city, with the small island filled to the brim with skyrise hotel suites and boasting some 30,000 hotel rooms, an interesting feat for a city with only 2/3 of this number in permanent residents. In addition to being our capital, Mosaic is also by far our largest city, though at 160,000 residents it is still quite small in global terms. However, as the home to our only international airport, it receives its fair amount of visitors who are looking for the convenience of a larger city. We believe larger Alpha Lofts placed in Corsair Cay and Mosaic will perform admirably.
There are a number of cities with a bit of history in Costa Aluria. Often smaller communities, these areas offer wonderful potential for boutique hotels such as the Astyrian Jewel line. We hope to open Astyrian Jewel boutiques in five locations, namely Isabella Gardens, Port Evangeline, Santa Francesca, Santa Gabriela, and Vancouver; none of these proposed cities currently has a population over 13,000 residents. Isabella Gardens is a coastal town boasting modern Mediterranean architecture which would compliment quite well to a boutique setting. Port Evangeline offers a decidedly art deco feel and a boutique hotel could perform well. The cities of the two saints offer some excellent history, with building styles patterned after those built in the 16th century. Lastly, Vancouver offers an atmosphere unmatched throughout Costa Aluria, with its markedly English style buildings a stark contrast to the remaining improvements of our islands. In all, the natural boutique feel of these cities will meet a perfect match with the Astyrian Jewel line.
Costa Aluria has three towns that we have in mind for the Vernon Park cottage line from Beaulieu. Costa Verde, Victoria Coast, and Slatechrome Falls all give a natural setting where a cottage setup would be preferred in order to help our guests stay in tune with nature without the glaring sights of a large building. The Slatechrome Falls location would be unique in that it would be the only property without access to the beach in under five minutes. Situated a little further back into the mountains, Slatechrome would be about a fifteen minute drive to the coast, but with wonderful access to hiking trails and Costa Aluria's tallest and most impressive waterfall of the same name.
In addition to the fourteen properties mentioned, we have come today also to include you on an exciting project to bring a resort of a different kind. Our nation would like to expand its tropical appeal by building sets of overwater bungalow resorts; we are hoping that this type of resort can be added to the resounding Beaulieu name. The draw of such resorts is clear, with the turquoise blue waters and a pristine and breathtaking backdrop, these resorts would be a destination all to themselves, with access to natural and cultural activities. We would love to discuss further with your management the possibilities of creating overwater bungalow resorts in Calanthia, Callipygia, and Whitsunday.
We understand this letter is lengthy; however we believe it to be in the best interest of both parties to include an adequate description of proposed properties. Our applications for the properties is attached below.
We look forward to hearing your decisions with great anticipation.
With great respect,
Silas Abernathy

Dear Mr. Abernathy, Beaulieu Hotels & Resorts are most happy to announce that we can accept the request to engage in one of the largest opening processes in our history! Firstly, let me accept your requests for the existing brands- we are very happy to get started with these. As per your request, it is my pleasure to announce that we can open a Costa Aluria exclusive, branded 'Costa Aluria Overwater Bungalows'. Whilst we value our brands, we also appreciate independent and exclusive brands under Beaulieu management, and we would absolutely love to initiate this without a doubt- unanimous support has been granted towards the project. We hope this will be a profitable venture to go into Costa Aluria. Thank you for the time taken in requesting our expansion. Sincerely, Kay Hart Director of Operations, Beaulieu Hotels & Resorts |
