Mr. Houghton,

As you may remember, Archon Hotels Group has been recently using South Seas Soda Co. products at its two chains for the last two months. However, after a re-brand, incorporation of other brands, and thus a rapid expansion, I have come today to renew the partnership. The previous agreement can be located here. As Archon has expanded, I am informing you hat we will now be known as Beaulieu, and still list you as part of our suppliers list. Please be assured that no deductions will be made from the partnership, and this is just a note make sure that you know we will carry on, because we love your products. Furthermore, when individuals orders come in to your sales department, you can expect more sales of these products.

We hope that this continuation into this new phase continues to be prosperous for both parties.

Sincerely,
(Mr.) Bevan Macmillan
Director of Partnerships and Promotions, Beaulieu Hotels & Resorts

Mr. Houghton,

Thank you for expressing your interest for supplying Millennium Airways. My colleagues and I have carefully combed through your ranges, and we feel that a supplier's agreement, regularly, will be viable and of great importance. As you know, we have currently initiated a deal with competitors, but we do not supply such tropical flavour varieties, and therefore I come baring an attached form for a selection of products.

Attention: Adrianna Holt

South Seas Soda Company has received an opportunity to browse your storefront, and there are a number of exciting things we see. We would be pleased to join the beverage offerings your many establishments. We noted a large selection of beverages available at some of the divisions, and is important to us to be among the many choices. Therefore, your application for partnership is certainly accepted.

One concern we have, however, is how well advertised our beverages will be. With such a large selection of beverages available in some places, we are slightly worried that our line will be lost in the list. If it would be of assistance, we can include some appropriate advertising such as table placards similar to the one attached below.

We find this a great opportunity to join with you on your hospitality ventures, and we look forward to a great partnership.

South Seas Soda Company is quite excited to hear of your expansion! We would like to thank you for your business under the Archon name, as we have received many reports from guests at the hotels who have become our own customers thanks to the partnership there. By all means, we are excited to continue this partnership into the future.

As a sign of our gratitude for your continued business, South Seas Soda Company would like to sponsor your next gathering, either for a select group of guests, the media, or for key investors and leadership. With advance notice for shipping, we are prepared to provide 1000 bottles of soda in any flavor combinations you desire, made ready for this event. As you are aware of our flavor list already, I provide a link to flavors.SouthSeasSoda.com.alu for your convenience.

Again, we are excited about your expansion, both for the success it brings Beaulieu as well as the sweet future ahead for both of our companies. Thank you for taking a soda holiday to the South Seas!

South Seas Soda Company is greatly honored to partner with your airline! We understand that Jory Jory Bottling Group offers some wonderful selections, and we agree that our tropical sodas make an excellent compliment to their fine line while adding a fun twist. What a wonderful opportunity for your passengers to bookend their holidays with one of our refreshing handcrafted sodas!

We note that you have made some fine choices for the in-flight beverage selection. While our flavor creation chefs strive to bring excellence in our sodas, we will also note that two of your selections are original recipes penned by our founder over 100 years ago. We hope that your guests find as much enjoyment with the Maple Cream and South Seas Fizz flavors as his customers did so many years ago, and we further hope that the other three flavors bring delight as well.

We look forward to a bountiful partnership and wish you all success. Thank you for taking a soda holiday to the South Seas!

Attention: Lisa Hurley

South Seas Soda Company would like to thank you for your application. More precisely, we would like to thank you for your continued business. As you know, we recently made some changes to our storefront page. Unfortunately, it seems that our designation for partnership with your airlines went overlooked by your executive coordinator through all of the commotion. The original response can be seen at our archive page, a response based on our original proposal on Lolomz Airlines storefront. For your convenience, we have included the direct response, linked here. We apologize for this miscommunication.

Again, we thank you for your continued business, and we will be sure to list Lolomz Airlines as a partner on our partner page shortly. We apologize to you and all of our customers on the tardiness of being listed as our new storefront is currently under construction, and we ask for your patience as we prepare that portion of our site.

Thank you for taking a soda holiday to the South Seas!

Attention: Australian Republic Agricultural Platform

South Seas Soda Company would like to thank you for your offers of farm land available in your nation. Without a drawn out conclusion, we will say that we are concerned about the small size of both plots of land available. Simply put, the maintenance costs on a larger farm are much more easily incurred than those on a smaller plot of land.

However, as farm space is at a premium in our island nation of Costa Aluria, we would like to proceed with annual leases on each property. The possibility of long term commitment at a low price is really the deciding factor in this decision.

As you may be aware our Honey Citrus flavor of soda has become quite popular. At its core is a number of citrus varieties, most importantly grapefruit. Therefore, we would like to prepare the first site for grapefruit cultivation. The second site, suitable for tropical fruits, we would like to reserve for papaya cultivation.

We understand the difficulty in reserving farm space for what we would consider luxurious uses; as such we will offer a portion of the harvest to local food banks for distribution as one of the many ways South Seas Soda Company gives back to the community.

We thank you for assisting us in bringing the tastes of the South Seas to our customers.

Attention: Australian Republic Agricultural Platform

South Seas Soda Company is quite pleased with your offer of additional space, and we would like to agree to terms on both plots. This is an excellent opportunity for our company to secure a larger share of tropical and citrus fruits for use in our sodas. As our company has undergone a large amount of recent growth, we expect our market demand for such fruits and others used in our sodas to grow exponentially. Therefore, we are taking a proactive stance in securing the lease of lands such as yours.

We can assure you we understand your concerns over foreign ownership of land. By no means is South Seas Soda Company looking to be hostile. To ease your concerns, we recommend that Australian Republic maintain complete sovereignty over both plots of land, and be afforded the luxury of opting out of the contracts at any time should the Republic become concerned about our company or our use of the land.

Furthermore, we believe an area to be best served when it is so served by local workers. Therefore we guarantee that at least 65% of the farms' workforce to be of Australian citizenship, and project the ratio to be much higher than this. Honestly, the only workers who may not be of Australian citizenship may be management from our company who have come for a brief time to ensure the quality of farm operations.

We thank you for helping us bring the flavors of the South Seas to our customers.

FLAVOR SUGGESTION FORM
Applicant name: Lord Arellano, President of Eduardastan
Original flavor ideas for consideration: Eduardastani Fizz (grape, cherry, hemlock)
Would these flavors be complimented with herbs or spices?: Does hemlock count as a spice?
Other considerations: If this flavor is accepted, I would like 5 billion bottles to be sent to Democratic Eduardastan
I support thermonuclear warfare. Do you?

I fear that a gourmet soda like yours would have trouble finding a profit in the somewhat-less-than-regulated markets of our country, but we'd be honoured to provide some of our prestigious farmland for your operation.

FARM, ORCHARD, AND GROVE APPLICATION
Nation where farm is located: New Republicia
Farm name, if applicable: Amber Valley Commercial Farms
Number of acres available for South Seas Soda Company use: 1850
Type of use available: Annual lease
Projected price: USD $920,000 per year, or $80,000 per month
Crops suitable for growing at this site: Cherry, spruce, maple, blackberry, plum, watermelon
Other considerations: The farm is located in a mountainous area, best suited for tree farms.

Attention: Roww Agricultural Platform

South Seas Soda Company is quite intrigued by your offer to lease 100 acres of farm land suitable for sugar cane production. As you are likely aware, our company flavors all of its sodas with natural ingredients, and each and every soda we produce contains pure cane sugar. As such, our demand for sugar is quite high.

Therefore, we have unanimously agreed to lease your farm space, dedicated to sugar cane. As one way we give back to the community, we will reserve a portion of the harvest for distribution by local food banks.

We extend our sincere gratitude for this partnership, and we look forward to a prosperous agreement with your farm. Thank you for helping us bring the flavors of the South Seas to our customers.

With cheer,

South Seas Soda Company would like to thank you for your business. More precisely, we would like to thank you for your continued business. Our archived storefront, available at archive.SouthSeasSoda.com.alu has previously struck a deal with Azul to allow our beverages to be made available in-flight. Details of this partnership can be viewed here.

We assure you, despite the new storefront, we have not forgotten your loyalty to our company. Azul was one of the first businesses to come into partnership with our company and in many ways helped launch our success to the level at which it currently rests.

Attention: Lord Arellano

South Seas Soda Company would like to extend our gratitude for your flavor suggestion of Eduardastani Fizz. Our creative flavor chefs are always on the lookout for new and innovative ideas concerning new flavors, and we know our customers have some wonderful ideas. We will task them this coming week with coming up with a concoction based on grape, cherry, and hemlock flavors. We assume, of course, that the hemlock you speak of is the Tsuga tree, as other varieties of plants with the "hemlock" name are poisonous.

We will conduct market research on this proposed flavor, and should it prove well in initial tests it will be considered for full implementation into our flavor portfolio. We hope to credit you soon with this flavor should this take place.

It is exactly this type of progressive thinking that has put our company at the frontier of introducing exotic flavors. Thank you for your suggestion.

New Republicia wrote:I fear that a gourmet soda like yours would have trouble finding a profit in the somewhat-less-than-regulated markets of our country, but we'd be honoured to provide some of our prestigious farmland for your operation.

Image

Attention: Amber Valley Commercial Farms

South Seas Soda Company is quite pleased with your offer to lease 1850 acres of farm land, suitable for several crops. There are several considerations working in your favor for this parcel of land. The size of the parcel is quite large, a wonderful consideration since operating costs on a larger parcel are much more easily defrayed than on a small parcel. Furthermore, all of the crops you have listed as suitable for this site are crops for which we currently have demand in our flavor portfolio. This gives the parcel of land great versatility and increases its value in our opinion.

Therefore, we have unanimously moved to accept your proposal. The parcel of land will be used for cultivation of several crops, and will be maintained fully by South Seas Soda Company. However, we would be amicable to additional terms to contract workers from your farm who would be more accustomed to the growing practices in your area.

We understand the concerns associated with designating farm land for what we would deem as luxurious uses such as soda. As such, we will reserve a portion of the harvests for distribution by local food banks, one of the many ways our company is dedicated to giving back to the community.

We look forward to a long and prosperous partnership. Thank you for helping us bring the flavors of the South Seas to our customers.

With effervescence,
