Mr. Huz:

First of all, my sincere apologies on an incredibly late reply. We truly have no excuse for such a late reply, and we hope this has not offended Ingrivald Airlines or unnecessarily changed your partnership invitation.

Secondly, we have reviewed your invitation in good regard. South Seas Soda Company would be well served to be made available on such a well represented airline as yours. It is therefore with great excitement that we have approved your application.

It will be our pleasure to make the five flavors of soda listed (Calamansi Rosehip, Lavender Persimmon, Maple Cream, Prickly Pear, Watermelon) available for your flights and lounges. Soon, your passengers will have the zing, tingle, and twist of our exotic sodas. As our way of apologizing for the lengthy wait on the response, we would be more than happy to supply your first order at a discount of 50%.

We look forward to a fruitful partnership with your airline, and can't wait for Ingrivald Airlines to begin your soda flights to the South Seas!

With effervescence,

Dear sirs and madams:

South Seas Soda Company would like to thank you for your recent correspondence regarding a potential recurring order of our sodas. We would be more than pleased to join the beverage offerings on your esteemed airline.

However, we note one potential snag in a partnership deal. Your application requests that South Seas Soda Company make our products available in 8 oz "eco-friendly' plastic bottles. While we have no problem scaling the size of our bottles to meet your request, we must politely decline your suggestion of plastic bottles. Our sodas have been bottled in glass bottles since our inception 141 years ago. Not only does this provide a much greater and authentic taste to our sodas, but it also removes the possibility of any non-natural flavors accidentally seeping in. Additionally, customers recently responded that the glass bottle provides a classier look, and one that rings true to our company history. Some of those who responded even remarked that "to abandon nearly 150 years of company history would be akin to selling out." Ouch!

It is worth mentioning that the use of plastic bottles also increases the chance of materials breaking down into harmful carcinogen dioxins, something which our company could never condone as it may negatively affect the health of our fans. Additionally, we are uncertain what is meant by "eco-friendly" in your designation of the plastic bottles; since all plastic bottles are a product of the oil industry, we tend to thing plastic bottles are anything but eco-friendly, as they not only raise carbon emissions in their production but also do not naturally break down in the environment. On that note, did you know that glass is made simply by the heating and forming of completely naturally occurring materials? Glass has even been made completely by mother nature through things such as volcanic eruptions. It is safe, clean, organic, and classy. Certainly plastic bottles are convenient in terms of their durability and price, but given the negative connotations associated with plastic, we plan on sticking with our glass bottles indefinitely.

We understand this may be a deal breaker for your airline; if this is the case, we wish your airline the best of luck in finding a suitable product that will merge your customers' and your airline's needs. If this is not a deal breaker, we would love to join your Camoyas Air's beverage offerings, and would be more than willing to get to work on a smaller, 8 oz glass bottle for use on your flights and in your lounges.

Please let us know of your choice, at your convenience. We await your response with great anticipation.

With cheer,

Mr. LeCroix:

South Seas Soda Company would like to thank you for your recent correspondence regarding a potential soda brewery to be located in Andjudizi, Camoyas. We have taken particular note of your invitation since it has come at the hands of a very high ranking official as yourself, so we are certain that this is an issue and potential partnership that your nation has greatly considered as part of an economic revival within the city.

We would be well served to increase our global production capacity in order to remain ahead of our supply needs. And we are particularly fond of the idea of helping with a city revitalization, especially as it pertains to our ever growing public relations campaigns. We are therefore excited to inform you that your invitation has been approved.

We will now begin the task of preparing an appropriate site within Andjudizi where brewery operations can commence. In the meantime, we ask that all potential brewery employees come to our Costa Alurian campus, at our expense, for a six week intensive brewing university which will familiarize your workers with South Seas Soda Company's techniques and culture.

We extend our gratitude for helping us to supply the exotic flavors of the South Seas!

We would like a final appeal on your decision. Our plastic bottles are made from Keratin, Pulp Resin and recycled BPH/PVC/Phthalate Free Plastic and are therefore 95% Biopolymer plastics and 5% polymers of purified but undesignated origin. They can produce residues and can biodegrade when not stored properly; however, they will be kept in the appropriate storage conditions until the flights and are then kept as close to the appropriate conditions as possible. The biopolymers are made out of animal processing byproduct[Poultry and Fowl Feathers] and Paper Mill waste. We chose this not only because of its low ecological footprint but also out of safety concerns. We serve alcohol as well as have no way of telling how a passenger reacts in flight. For the safety of our passengers and crew we cannot allow unsecured and unreinforced glass in the cabin. With that being said we are open to finding a way to reinforce a glass bottle; however, the only way we can see fit is to encase the glass bottle with an outer layer of our plastic.

Dear sirs and madams:

South Seas Soda Company would like to thank you for your continued interest and persistence in bringing our sodas aboard your airline flights. Such persistence is an incredible sign of your commitment to bringing the best quality to your guests.

However, it is that same commitment to quality which predicates our response; at this time we must respectfully decline your offer to encase our glass bottles in your plastic. We know at this stage of business that our tradition of glass bottles is part of the image we project to the international community. Unfortunately, we believe the perception of such a move will have similar effect as if South Seas Soda Company went to a full-fledged plastic bottling procedure. Since our glass bottles would be encased inside, we are uncertain whether or not our customers would realize the quality of the bottling that awaited inside. Since in the business world, perception is reality, we must decline your offer at this time to stay true to our historical image.

However, there may be an alternative. On many airlines, glass bottles may be opened by the flight attendants and then transferred into disposable cups for the passenger enjoyment. While this introduces an intermediary container, it still projects the quality that South Seas Soda Company is known for while also keeping the cabin secure. If this is an acceptable compromise, we would love to continue business negotiations.

If this is not an acceptable compromise, then we wish your airline no ill regard. We understand your safety concerns for your passengers, and by all means we must echo that your concerns trump those of offering the highest quality beverages. We wish your airline all the best in securing an alternative beverage provider that can meet your safety protocol and standards should this compromise be insufficient for your needs.

Mr. McDaire:

South Seas Soda Company would like to thank you for your recent correspondence regarding potential mercantiles within Wyrnstrum. Our company is quite interested in expanding into your nation. However, at this time, we have chosen to decline your application.

As noted in your application, your nation is currently experiencing civil war and political unrest. While this is not necessarily a detractor to your application, the stated heightened probability of incurring physical threats to our property is simply something which believe must be addressed prior to any economic investment within your nation. To answer your question, since all of our company mercantiles are owned outright by South Seas Soda Company, our company or its international insurance agents would be responsible for bearing the cost of any repairs that may be needed due to protesters' damage. As we suspect this could be a particularly volatile situation, we are not prepared at this time to enter your market as damages may be substantial.

Additionally, South Seas Soda Company is not prepared to enter the moral conflict associated with what may become of the well-being of potential company employees. Given the unrest in the area, our company would be devastated if any of our employees were to be injured or killed during such civil unrest.

We would be happy to explore economic revitalization in your nation in the future, once the civil unrest has fully ended and times return to a peaceful standard.

Mr. Lightyear:

South Seas Soda Company would like to thank you for your recent correspondence regarding a potential soda brewery to be located in Galveston, as well as potential company mercantiles to be located within the same city.

Firstly, allow me to address the proposed soda brewery. South Seas Soda Company has found this request in good regard. We would be well-served to increase our global supply lines with such a well connected city as Galveston. We are therefore pleased to inform you that this invitation has been approved. As we seek an appropriate site within Galveston, we ask all potential brewery employees to make their way, at our expense, to our Costa Alurian headquarter campus for a six week, intensive brewing university. Such operations will familiarize employees with South Seas Soda Company techniques and culture.

In the matter of the proposed mercantiles, we would be pleased to make our sodas available to lucky guests and residents of Galveston. However, we are also keenly invested in ensuring that we do not oversaturate our market and therefore cannibalize our own sales. Quite simply, we believe 1000 mercantiles in a single city would be far too many to provide sustainable business. Therefore, this invitation has been declined. We would, however, be willing to entertain the possibility of much fewer mercantiles (in the area of ~25 or fewer) if your nation would like to pursue such interests.

Again, we thank you for your contact and we look forward to continuing a conversation as far as possibilities are concerned. We extend our gratitude for your business, and thank you for taking a soda holiday to the South Seas!

Dear sirs and madams:

South Seas Soda Company would like to thank you for your recent correspondence regarding citrus grove space available at the Jessop Ranch. Our citrus crops are a critical piece of our production supply lines. It is therefore with great interest that we respond to your request.

However, our leadership is a little confused regarding your invitation. Namely, we are confused whether it is the use of the citrus grove space that is available, or rather if the established citrus grove at Jessop Ranch would act as a supplier for our company; your invitation notes that 200 acres is available at the price of $600,000 NSD per year, but also that Mr. Jessup seeks an annual buyer for his fruit production.

In any regard, our company would be amiable to continuing conversations on either front. We are certainly looking to bolster our supply lines, so the purchase of fruit is a welcome discussion. However, we must assert that our preference is to be in control of as much of our production process as possible; therefore our preference regarding such conversation would tend to be on leasing the property from the Jessup Ranch so as to assure all farming methods meet our own strict guidelines. As always, should South Seas Soda Company be allowed to lease the land, a portion of the harvest would be donated to local food banks for distribution among disadvantaged families.

We look forward to continuing this conversation to determine specific details of partnership, regardless of which path might be the best fit for the Jessup Ranch. Thank you for helping us to supply the exotic flavors of the South Seas!

Ms. Romanov:

South Seas Soda Company has received your correspondence regarding potential soda lounges in good regard. It would truly be an exciting endeavor to join in such positive research around the globe, and the prospect of bringing much needed beverage refreshment to your hard working scientists and research teams is of great importance to our company. We are therefore quite pleased to inform you that your invitation to establish 32 soda lounges has been approved by our leadership team.

We have made note of your requests regarding performance areas, and we certainly agree that space will be at a premium on the research platforms. We anticipate working with your engineers to ensure that space is used to its maximum benefit.

Given the remote nature of the research stations, we have one request to make the lounges functional; we would like to request living quarters and community access for full-time staff to be made available to staff our lounges. Our staff would need access to not only personal space but also to all available community spaces such as other recreational or retail areas (if any exist) as well as any access that might be needed to mess areas or hygiene provisions. Additionally, our company would need access to supply the research stations either via air or sea transport. Given the remote location of the research stations, we imagine we could sustainably allocate staff on a one year (or other multiple month time frame) contract for use solely at the platform sites. Employees could arrive and leave the research platform during normal supply runs or under accommodations already in place for other staff of your sites, and would with all certainty comply with any security protocols in place for your research facilities.

We look forward to a fruitful partnership bringing this important research to the globe. Thank you for taking a soda holiday to the South Seas!

With effervescence,

To whom it may concern,
Tzenese airline is the flag carrier of Hao Tzen, and is now opening to international. In the research of beverage suppliers, we selected your company as our main supplier of non-alcoholic beverages, which will be served on board and in our airport lounges.
We would like to order 100 bottles of each flavour (tropical and Traditional) at first to test which are the most popular flavors with our passengers. I will then re-contact you in case we would need more beverages. Of course, you will have credit on our storefront (actually under construction) and a 33% royalty on every bottle we sell.

We hope that you will accept our offer and we wish your business to be successful

Sincerely
Jin-Hin Zu, CEO of Tzenese Airlines.
