Treko has many activities to keep visitors from the hotel occupied, including local sports, bars, and other forms of entertainment. Neighboring beach towns and other towns provide other activities(that I can't think of words to describe) but includes things like golf and swimming and parties.

Treko International is a major airport in the region, so it and the surrounding area will be urbanized, but not too heavily. The population density around the location will not be dense since it is located a half-mile away, and the thick population density is concentrated right around the airport itself. The location is surrounded by country besides the major highway and airport and accompanying businesses, etc. that would be found in the area. The city of Treko is styled after western cities in first world countries(eg. New York).
