Thank you for your interest in having us a open a property in your nation. With the information you have given us, we find that it is feasible for us to open a Fantastique-brand casino hotel in Forgotten-Prince.

We thank you for subsidizing 40% of the property's cost and the remaining 60% (M$14,400,000) for the property you have chosen for us will be paid for at full price.

Our engineers have inspected the property and have concluded that parts of the building must be replaced or reinforced due to damage caused by weather and other causes. The spire is of particular worry as the columns supporting it have worn out. We will have to replace it as it is highly likely to collapse when renovations and construction begin. Of course, we will be shouldering the expenses for this. We will be keeping as much of the original architecture intact if they do not compromise the structural integrity of the building.

Dear Mr. F Droight,

I am here to approach you on a proposal regarding the growing tourism industry in Woodstead. As I work with the Tourism Authority here, and being the Minister for Economic Affairs, I have seen growing demand in the tourist industry since 2010. This year, I began the initiative 'Get Global' with other Ministries, forming a set of regulations and rewards to incentivise the development of key areas- general business, tourism in focus, and foreign policy.

As part of 'Get Global', I have offered approval to request your services as a top candidate voted on unanimously by the panel. I will briefly take you through surrounding characteristics of this scheme. Firstly, we can offer undeveloped land, with a green light to develop to a great standard, at just NS$1 per square meter. As long as you produce a full estimation and bottom line report of the cost of building the properties, we can pay from 15.0% to 22.5% of the cost; however, as an Astyrian business, we are inclined to offer a rate of 27.5% to 32.5%. There are regulations which come with this which will now be explained.

As far as products and supplies go, our laws are commonplace. One may smoke on the balconies and outdoor areas on your land, and buy / carry cigarettes/ tobacco in an enclosed building, but you must at least try to prohibit smoking indoors, and are given the right to ban it on any other areas of your premises. Furthermore, due to laws on fire safety, imagery, and evaluating the best viable options, restrictions reply as listed:
  • For the La Strada request, Woldland City Council can allow up to 40 metres of height above ground, and 10 metres beneath.
  • For the Caelumside request, Oppidum City Council and Oppidum Airport request you keep the development to no higher than 50 metres above the pavement and 7 metres below.
  • For the Balfour request, Farrowfields District Council allows up to 60 metres of height above the lowest point on the parcel of land (24 metres above pavement elevation).

We trust that all foods- especially meats and fish- are surveyed by the local council's Environmental Health & Food Standards Officer. Furthermore, any alcohol and tobacco can be purchased at the age of 16- assisted consumption of alcohol (one half pint, weak lager with a meal) can be allowed at the age of 12, if accompanied by an over 18.

Apart from such provisions, this is it. We look forward to response, and I personally thank you for the time taken to scrutinise the proposals. We do hope the terms can be agreed on and that you do bring great competition to our tourist industry.

History of property : The Sde Dov Airport hotel was built in 1975 to prepare for the influx of air travellers. For 23 years it was the main airport hotel. The hotel was renovated in 1989. But in 1998, due to the deteriorating state of the economy and the lack of travelers, it was closed. After the 2000 revolution, attempts were made to reopen it but the airports authority decided to create a new building instead. The building is still abandoned and is owned by the Sde Dov Airports Authority.
