budgetAir - The savvy way to fly!

NOTE: We're getting ready to renovate our online presence...please pardon the dust as we finish remodeling. Thank you, and sorry for any inconvenience it may cause.

budgetAir is the ideal airline for when you need an airline that provides quality, service, and value. We cut corners so you don't have to: by eliminating overhead, we pass on precious savings to you, making your trips much more enjoyable. Flights start from just $7.50 one way! Don't get caught up with other airlines and end up paying more! Instead, fly savvy and choose budgetAir.

How do we cut costs?
  • We've started by removing first and business classes from all of our flights. If you would prefer to fly first or business class, another airline may be a better option for you.
  • We've retrofitted the all aircraft with durable urethane floor pads. These pads are strong and water resistant, making clean-ups easier and turnarounds faster. In the case that they are damaged, the floor pads are also easily replaced.
  • There are no meals available for free or for purchase on board our flights. This cuts the costs of having to provide refrigeration and other food preservation services on board flights. However, we still carry free snacks, including peanuts, cookies, and other favorites, as well as water, fruit juices, sodas, and bottled tea and coffee (hot beverages are not available).
  • We don't have lounges at airports. We believe that the highlight of your trip should not be the flight - it should be where you're trying to go!
  • We have no duty-free shopping program on the ground or in the air, nor do we have a magazine.
However, even after we've cut our costs, there is one important thing we don't skimp on: safety! Safety is still always first on all of our flights - oxygen masks, seat belts, life jackets and rafts, and other life-saving equipment is present on all aircraft for all passengers. All aircraft undergo routine maintenance and pilots are trained and certified.

What's in it for you?
  • Quick turnarounds and fewer delays
  • Insanely cheap ticket prices
  • Absolutely NO extra fees
  • Two FREE checked bags per person on every flight (each bag up to 50 pounds, each bag over 50 pounds is still only the low flat rate of $5)
  • As many carry on items as you can fit into the overhead bin above your seat and under your seat

We appreciate your input as to how budgetAir can increase efficiency and further lower costs and prices for our passengers. While substituting conventional airline seats for pews would drastically increase the seating capacity aboard our aircraft, it would greatly reduce the safety of the seats in an accident or turbulence. For example, the hard seats could cause injury in a sudden stop or turbulence, and in the event of an emergency, evacuation efforts would be greatly hampered by the presence of pews. Airline seats are also designed not to be ejected or dismountable in a crash, while pews are not designed with the possibility of an aircraft crash in mind. This is possibly the largest concern, as a pew full of passengers being thrown around a cabin in an emergency can cause severe injuries and deaths. Because the safety of our crew and passengers has always been and always will be our first priority, we cannot enact the suggestion that you have brought to our attention.

Rawlincia has produced "safety pews" which have cushions and velcro (so the passengers can wear soft clothing and attach to the velcro) and are made of carbon fiber and can be drilled to the floor. We can send you some samples.

We would be interested in trying samples of your "safety pews" on some of our smaller planes (on our larger planes, we will still maintain the current seating pattern). Please note that besides the previously mentioned concerns, the flammability and cleanliness of the material when burned are also important factors. In the case of a ditching, these pews must also be separable such that they provide some form of buoyancy to passengers (this is why until now seats have been placed individually - each has a cushion section that can break off independently and used as a floatation device).

They are flame retardant and have hydrophobic furniture foam for quicker, easier "Spill Clean Up". About floatation, they are kind of like a medium life boat with the foam being really buoyant.

In the past, budgetAir has operated minimal amounts of cargo flights to airports. Transporting passengers safely, reliably, and at an affordable cost was our main priority. In recent months, we've been trying to gain some traction in transporting cargo and are glad to announce our new cargo subsidiary, baCargo! We are still in the process of adding destinations and preparing routes, but we are more excited than ever to introduce this new division. baCargo flights will fly under callsign BACARGO and IATA code BC.

Dear Mr. C. Xu,

I am Clarice Cooke, and I represent LibPort- Libetta's first airport operator. With removal, amendment, and transfer of flights to the three airports we manage, we have been able to streamline our 2014 project to get more people, more flights, more nationalities, more cultures, and more excellent experiences of the country into our multinational trade and tourism. We feel that signing up with various airlines of a certain reputation will be beneficial to the both sides.

I therefore push forward the attached form, which I hope will initiate a prosperous future for budgetAir and our airports. The idea is to have 21 weekly flights each to Libetta Capital, Westerport and Port Sussex.

Airport IATA code: LLI

Dear Sir or Madam:

Enclosed in this letter is the application you had requested to be attached, to codeshare Soar Airways and budgetAir flights to and from selected destinations. In addition, we would like to offer, as part of a codeshare agreement, access to our unique NAE-5 supersonic aircraft, along with training in how to operate it. Its fast speeds allow for longer-distance routes to be served without any additional costs. As of currently, Soar Airways only owns four of these aircraft, three of which are servicing existing routes, however, Soar Airways has placed an additional order for two more NAE-5's, to be delivered within the year. We hope you give our codeshare offer your best consideration.

Best Wishes,
David Purview,
COO, Soar Airways
