While we are disappointed to hear that our chosen gates have been reserved for use by another airline, we would be more than happy to commence operations with your offered gates of E12 through E16. For the future I advise that you make sure a message is visible stating if there are any gates reserved to avoid another instance such as this. Nevertheless, please allow us fourteen days to furnish our gates and our lounge to our required standards and to finalize this deal. Good luck for the future.
