After the opening of several new domestic SPian lines, The SPian Ministry of Transport has authorized the FDR Rail Group so that we may procure up to 115 new trains. Apon advisement our of Train-Operating Company (TOC) clients, to fill up the new routes with services, we are hereby interested in procuring 80 2E2-M3 and 35 2E2-9 models. We have calculated the final procurement price to be NSD $820,000,000 for all units. The money is waiting in our accounts, awaiting the clearance to transfer.

We once again thank Orbis Rail Systems for their co-operation on our procurement of the aforementioned rail systems. The Ministry of Transportation has given approval for Orbis Rail Systems to construct the specialist maintenance depots at Beauforde, Karenai, Martainville, Vincent South & Västman. Assembly & testing of rolling stock will also be carried out at these depots.

We would also like to take up on the offer of optimisation of the 2E2-M2 Intrastar units, as it adds flexibility to the rollingstock in question and also compliments the level of comfort to be provided to our customers.

For the Galaxy car order, we would also like to take up the offer of multiple seating classes (coach, first, catering & sleeper) and also for 340 of the cars (which will be in coach class) to have a driving compartment at one end to act as a driving van trailer, adding flexibility to the rolling stock and also reduces train turnaround.

Dear Sir or madam

Orbis Rail Systems currently does not have production capability within your nation, the narrow gauge equipment
will be made at our site in Khayr Var where our narrow gauge equipment is manufactured, the Broad and standard
gauge equipment will be made at our large site at Rai'lal city, close to the sea-span bridge.  

Diamond Star builds its LCR trans at the sites in Barentsburg and Lake Hai'lu'kai, these if your order them will be
transported by road then by sea to your nation, arriving possibly in Darwin or Brisbane where they will then be 
taken by road to your required destination.  If you wish to order the LCR, please contact Diamond Star's sales
team directly as Orbis does not have direct sales systems links with Diamond Star Automotive.

We recommend that you use the Port of Portvia for the delivery of the units, as an electrified railway exists from the ports all the way to our depot in Madawaska City. We have no interest in purchasing LRVs at the current time but shall in the near future. We have wired the money to purchase the snow plows. They shall be used in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), New South Wales (NSW) and Victoria (VIC), which can be transported by road from Brisbane and Darwin which are in Queensland and the Northern Territory respectively. They will be transported to the alps of Southern NSW/ACT and Northern VIC, over 1000 km straight line distance from Brisbane, and significantly further from Darwin. We could transport them on the rails themselves, but unfortunately, each state has a different gauge and we have an issue of break of gauge as each state developed their railways independently of the other states. However, there is a standard gauge railway from Brisbane to Sydney and the vast majority of NSW tracks are standard gauge, so if they arrive in Brisbane, the standard gauge locos can be transported to their final destination be rail. Many efforts to standardise the gauges across the mainland have happened (somewhat) successfully so please note that we may actually ask to change the order for broad gauge to standard gauge, so please note that. Sorry for the late notice
However, this is with the exception of the narrow gauge snow plows. These will be used in the state of Tasmania, which is an island 300 km from the mainland, and therefore unfortunately cannot be taken by road from Queensland nor the Northern Territory. Tasmania's system is isolated and will remain narrow gauge as there is no reason to change it
The money has been wired and you should expect to receive it before Christmas.

Eclixia would like to purchase 10x 2E3-4 Mixed Duty Electric Locomotive to increase the usage of the current installed rail networks running all across the archipelago. We do have a fully-fledged rail network but do not have anyone to construct trains for us, however we do have dozens of container carriages lying around in sheds and all we need are more locomotives to deliver more products and material. We would like to arrange shipment soon and are ready to pay for the transaction when you are.

Your order for 10 units of the 2E3-4 Mixed Duty electric locomotive has been accepted and delivery will take place in the new year 
around February 1st for the first two locomotives then with subsequent units following over the next few months, this order will 
cost in the order of $50 million.  

Some additoinal information regarding the class:
2E3 class locomotives are fitted as standard with multiple working, allowing several locomotives to be coupled up to form one 
power unit and operated by one person in the front locomotive, these are cross compatible with other electric locomotives within
the Orbis range, such as the 2E2 Rapier class and the 2E2-9 TGV power cars, they may or may not be compatible with existing 
rolling stock on your network.

Your order has been accepted, this order will take aproximately 12 months to complete and will utilise production capability at our 
Rai'lal site and our new sites in South Sands and Barentsburg, As a development of the 2E2-S1 series, Orbis would like to offer you 
the trains with duplexing capability where the end of each train have a walk-through gangway similar to what is installed on the 
Interstar and Swift type multiple units, this along with multiple-operation will also give additional flexibility, allowing several 
4-car sets to be joined up to form longer trains, typically 8 or 12 cars.  

Due to your metro system being busy, Orbis will be offering the sets with side-mounted seats which gives a wide open space in the 
centre of each car therefore maximising the seating of each train.  Completion date for the order will be July 2016.  As for the

Following recent requested overhaul of the Kosnanian Transport system, our nation have seen both the R700 and R500 very needed transport units for our nation. We would also like to buy 100 (one-hundred) 2E2 High-Speed Trains (Bi Level Variant). All of these trains are compatible, as most of the railway line's track gauge is 1800mm. Therefore, our total order is of 850 (eight-hundred-fifty) Orbis R700, 600 (six-hundred) Orbis R500 and 100 (one-hundred) 2E2 High-Speed-Trains (Bi Level Variant).
We currently do not know the mass of the order and how much it will cost, however, we can pay for anything.
We also would like your company to build two factories in our nation, so future orders are more quickly processed and so we could continue buying and shipping without any problems.

Your order has been accepted, please be aware that given its significant size, it will take about 3 years to complete the 
entire order although rolling stock will begin to be delivered initially by the first week in February due to our New year 
shut down, and then the time it takes to ship the initial batches to your nation.  These first units will be delivered by 
sea then offloaded at a quay side where they can either be transported by road in individual components to a point where 
they can then be placed on the rail system, or if the facilities are available, be unloaded directly onto rails at the quay 
side where they can then be towed by diesel locomotive to where your electrified rail lines begin, after which they can be then 
moved under their own power.

As for the enquiry regarding being able to haul military trains, what I think you are after is a locomotive to haul military 
flat cars, this task can be carried out by either our 2D3 "Saturn" class or by the 2E2 "Rapier" or the 2E3 MTL locomotive.  
Flat cars can be produced by order though they are not in the sales lists.  If you wish to order any of our locomotives, 
please contact our sales team to confirm.
