Nationwide GlobeNet 5G
Formerly known as Project GNLTE, was launched in 2014. What is GlobeNet 5G? It is a network of 5G-disseminating balloons high up in the stratosphere, higher than aircrafts and the weather. Customers, particularly in rural areas, looking to get high-quality, high-speed wifi internet, can simply connect to our GlobeNet 5G network with special antennas. Aircrafts and automobiles with built-in antennas made to receive our GlobeNet 5G signal will then be able to connect to the internet through this. It is a low-cost, high-efficiency way alternative to satellite internet, offering nation-wide coverage in your nation!
History
Vivaj Mobile, translated as Alive Mobile, was officially launched in March of 2014 with the merger of Rapid Wireless and Hawkeye Mobility, the nation's sixth and seventh largest mobile carriers. The merger of these two carriers allows the new Vivaj Mobile to better compete against the much larger domestic and global carriers thanks to the combined coverage of HSPA and LTE, spectrum, and customer base. The CMDA networks, combined, immediately put the company firmly in fourth place domestically with a 18% market share.
Rapid Wireless was a quickly growing, lower-priced provider founded in 1998. It was especially popular in ViZion's Astyrian territory, and had very little coverage in the South American and Central American territories of ViZion. The company was struggling mightily against larger national providers, and newer regional providers in the Astyrian territory.
Hawkeye Mobility, founded in 2001, had recently found more success after years of struggling against the more well-entrenched networks. By 2013, it covered nearly 90% of ViZionarians, with its largest gap of coverage being in the Astyrian territory. The merger of the two networks allowed for a truly national network, covering 99% of ViZionarians upon the formation of Vivaj Mobile in March of 2014. The networks have been successfully combined, and as of June 2014, has vaulted to third place both domestically and internationally in stunning fashion and incomprehensible growth rate.
While late to the 5G market, we have since expanded 5G coverage to 96% of our towers globally, as well as our entire GlobeNet 5G system.
