We wish to join the trade and technology treaty. While we have extensive experience manufacturing engines, turbines, and clean technology, we need some improvement in our electronics, mining, and other technologies.

We are mainly interested in designs and open sourced manufacturing rather than loans.

From: Alexexis Cruonian, Minister of Technology
We would support Swamps of Shrek. We support an additional $200 million for the Project Thor and other astroengineering projects and would ask you to join us in the submarine launched precision ortillery project Lancet. We will commence the astroengineering projects by launching one of our satellites towards an empty crater in the moon and watching it smash to bits.

The Space Studies Institute wishes to borrow $200 million to help pay for a near space initiative focused on high altitude airships.
The First thing we are working on is a Very High Altitude Airship launch system based on the Walrus concept which could lift and launch an 800 ton rocket into space from 150,000 feet.
The Second thing which we would like to work on is a High Altitude Solar Platform based on inflatable solar panels that would function in near space.
The Third thing which we would like to work on is a new transhab module design for a space station.
These three things would help bring our vision for space to fruition.
