I hope I can assure you that the conditions of your application have indeed been met:

Gates are only let by one airline at a time, and thus may only be used as such.
All gates come with their own wireless internet access departure lounge with catered bar (covered by you in the listed leasing price).
All gates have ticketing areas of their own (covered mostly by Grand Northern Ports Authority).
All gates operate a jetway of their own (covered by corporate sponsors- most likely Arena Corporate International).
Oppidum International Airport is soon to open a new separate (VIP) Lounge later this month, for all airlines' schemes:
- though the lease of the gate from May 2014 will therefore be increased by a 5% rise for this option;
- and the extra 2.5% will then be matched by GNPA's spending to contribute to the service.
We provide fuelling stations (covered by you in the listed leasing price).
The airport itself does not currently operate deals schemes, for the benefit of airline autonomy.

I hope the conditions are indeed met by Oppidum International Airport. For now, we would like to reserve you a gate, but we would like confirmation from the airline, that the conditions are met, and we can start to operate the scheme.

Oppidum Airport is a hub for the new merger, Millennium Airways- national flag carrier for Woodstead, Libetta, and Cezary. The Millennium Terminal will be fully devoted to the expertise and single-class service for Oppidum, and beyond. So far, five days have brought Oppidum and Millennium some new routes and millions more potential passengers travelling through the airport and city.

"The Millennium Airport was founded in Oppidum in 2000 as a vanity project and as an the national jewel of aviation by a wasteful government. However, over the years, it has gained worth as a hub for Ecosus and others which have now merged to form Woodstead's new flag carrier, Millennium Airways. The refit of Millennium Airport in 2011-2014 diverted traffic to Oppidum, which has proven as beneficial to neighbouring Oppidum Airport to fund an expansion; and so we now incorporate the Millennium Airport's terminal, make it a new Oppidum Airport terminal, and name it Millennium Terminal. As this former competitor becomes a part of Oppidum Airport, Oppidum Airport is now a premier hub for the new flag carrier, Millennium Airways, partly owned by the state."
