Servinta wishes to inform you of a slight change in port options the previous port has been closed to foreign shipping, but you may simply divert your ships to the much more modern and secure

Autordsima-Marassau port complex,Autordsima island chain,Abstern province, Servinta

The only delay for your passengers will be a security check and an issuance of tourist visa, after that they can simply catch a train to the mainland over the Autordsima-Marassu causeway and rail-bridge.

Thank you for understanding that this is only a small hindrance that ensures Serivintas and your passengers safety.

Vibrance Ocean Voyages would like to announce a change in port itinerary for the V.V.S. Triumphance of the Solstice. Due to change in port designations within Servinta, all ships previously scheduled to dock in Marassau, will now be routed to Autordsima-Marassau port complex within the Autordsima Isalnd Chain. This new port dockage will allow our guests a more secure and modern facility while still allowing access to all of the wonderful attractions of the greater Marassau area.

We hope this is no great inconvenience to our guests. You have our assurance that this will make for a more enjoyable cruising experience.

Thank you for cruising with Vibrance!

TO: Charles Cassidy, CEO Vibrance Ocean Voyages
FROM: Pedr Dyfedd, Director of Finance, Cymric Corporate Authority
RE: Cruise Liner Port Destination Options

Dear Sir,

I would like to contact you to put forward the city of Swanscombe in the Cymric Corporate Authority as a possible destination for your ships. Swanscombe is located in a large naturally protected bay in a sub-tropical climate not too far below the equator. This combined with the mountain range to the city's west gives the city of Swanscombe a very tourist friendly climate. While there is often an early morning or late evening fog, Swanscombe's normal weather is comparable to Athens in Greece. The city has been developed from early on as a tourist hub and as such has large tracts of well maintained beaches, protected wildlife preserves on land and at sea, and carefully protected environmental standards of air and water quality. This is a city built with historical architecture mixed with areas of cutting edge modern vision. Numerous parks, wildlife areas, and greenways are part of this city to keep a smaller natural feel to the city despite it's size of 2.5 million people. Within easy travel of the city is the Caerlaverock Caverns National Park, Eidfodau Sea Wildlife Preserve, and the Emerald Bay National Marine Preserve.

As our nation's 4th largest city, it has all the various enmities one would expect to find in a coastal city, such as large public beaches, watercraft rental, diving services, tours ranging from art and historical to nature and diving, as well as various entertainment venues such as the Lord of the Oaks Pub (Our nation's oldest) and the Aviator's Club (the newest most popular themed club in the CCA). Swanscombe is home to the Saerloch Museum of Art, Cawdor Castle Park, the prestigious Highlander Bagpipe Institute, and the Iron Islands Sports Complex (home to the Swanscombe Rapiers Football Club). The city also has corporate resources such as Highland Lord Esoteric Tours for tours and daytrips, the Corbeau Entertainment Group for concerts and sporting events, and the Milhaud Corporation's Knightsbridge Group of hotels, inns, and rental properties. Your ships would also be docking at the newly redesigned and rebuilt Swanscombe Marina which has ready access to all manner of travel with heliport, subway station, bus and taxi access, and boat rental. Swanscombe also is home to a high speed train hub connecting it to the other major cities of the CCA as well as an international airport.

My office is fully prepared to assist your company not only with easy interaction with the Swanscombe Port Authority, Tourism Bureau, and the CCA Foreign Ministry for validation of tourism visas for passengers, but also to connect your company to other entities in the CCA. This includes the Gastenhowe Investment Bank for monetary services to your passengers, the Swanscombe Maritime Historical Society and the Swanscombe Board of Antiquities for those of a historical interest. We can also help streamline service to the CCA's Infranet Datastream to provide your travelers to access all local publications, broadcasts, and local data.

Our current national rates are for each cruise ship to pay a port duty fee of $30,000 NSD, but we're willing to waive this fee for the first 6 months on a trial basis as a sign of goodwill for this venture. Travel visas for your passengers is a minimal fee of $10 NSD each to cover the manpower of processing the paperwork. I trust these terms and the offer as a whole will be acceptable for your company and I look forward to hearing back from you.

Sincerely,
Pedr Dyfedd, Minister of Finance, Cymric Corporate Authority

Attention: Pedr Dyfedd, Director of Finance, Cymric Coporate Authority

Mr. Dyfedd,

Vibrance Ocean Voyages would like to thank you for your recent contact regarding possible port-of-call duties for the city of Swanscombe. After reviewing your detailed message, we must say that we are highly interested in bringing our ships to this coastal community.

There appears to be several items working in favor of Swanscombe. As a larger city, it would offer all of the modern amenities of any comparable area. Additionally, there are a number of environmental concerns in play that not only allow guests to branch out, explore, and enjoy nature, but also ensure that such consideration will be available for generations to come. This is a particularly important piece of the Vibrance model, as it is our philosophy that beautiful environments combine with beautiful peoples and cultures to make for wonderful destinations. As well as the items mentioned, there appear to be a good number of varying interests represented within the greater Swanscombe area. Simply put, the more interests for which we can accommodate our guests, turns into a greater demand for Swanscombe as a requested port-of-call. And of course, a greater demand translates to a greater sustainability and potential for success. We believe such a port-of-call would be quite successful, and mutually benefit Vibrance Ocean Voyages, potential guests to the area, the Port of Swanscombe, and the local economy--a true win/win/win/win scenario.

As to the proposed port duty fees and required travel visas, we are quite amiable to such necessities. We would be quite willing to pay such a fee as this is typical business practice for our cruises; in all actuality the port duty fee seems a bit of a bargain given the demand we foresee for such a location. The proposed fee waiving variance makes this potential port-of-call of greater priority. In addition to port duty fees and travel visas, Vibrance guests should prove to be a boon to the local economy. Furthermore, since our company is dedicated to preserving the longevity of our port destinations, you can be assured that we will take great care to help preserve local natural areas; our company would be pleased to partner with local agencies in the necessary upkeep of natural areas of interest. Such maintenance is only a fair concession given the increased amount of traffic these areas are likely to see with the influx of Vibrance guests.

Should a deal be forged in the near future, we are prepared to add Swanscombe to the ports-of-call for the V.V.S. Fragrance of the Solstice. We look forward with great anticipation to completing a business partnership to bring our ships to Swanscombe.

With great respect,
