Ivanhozer Public Welfare Committee -- Meeting Jan. 17, 2014
The Ivanhozer Public Welfare Committee has come to what seems an inevitable conclusion: Every year, around Oct. 31, there is a "zombie apocalypse," to quote a survivor of 2013's outbreak. The public, having been aware that this subject was going to come up (finally) during today's meeting for about a week, has answered in numerous newspaper polls that if we did not do anything about these outbreaks, they would do it themselves, in legal or illegal ways. The plain and simple fact that the governing(ish) body did not want their kids being eaten, along with the public probably kicking them out, if not just tying them to stakes as bait in zombie traps, if they did not adress the problem, has come to this solution:
-Forming a Zombie Outbreak Quick Response and Rescue Squad (referred to, in the rest of this document, as ZOQRRS)
-Forming a Zombie Research And Development Unit (ZRADU)
-Forming a Zombie Outreach Program for Those Who Have Lost In Any Way (ZOP-TWHLIAW)(good luck pronouncing that)
-And forming a Zombie Underdog Unit (ZUU)
ZOQRRS Function:
The squad will protect the people of Ivanhozer whenever there is a zombie outbreak.
ZRADU Function:
This unit is more like a lab team, determining how to kill zombies more efficiently, and trying to find a way to cure the victims.
ZOP-TWHLIAW Function:
They pay off lawsuits, keep the hospitals from overflowing, and help people post-apocalypse.
ZUU Function:
If all goes to hell, we are the Underdogs.
