From the desk of Isabella Pualani

20 August 2014

Dear sirs or madams:

The design is in the details. That is what my mother used to say when she founded Allure Botanicals, and the truth of this statement is equally presented today. Please allow me to explain.

Allure Botanicals is Costa Aluria's premier floral designers. It is our sincere philosophy that beautiful flower arrangements are about more than just the flowers; it is indeed a true artform, one which is exemplified in the details of each arrangement. But we know that it is not only in our arrangements that details are methodically highlighted. Details make themselves known on a global scale, and are of the utmost importance for each discerning business.

Image
It is precisely the added detail of our floral art that we would be well pleased to introduce to your business. It has been said time and again that flowers add ambiance and atmosphere to any business environment. Beautiful arrangements bring charm and cheer, brightening any space with a fragrant perfume and extra smiles. Certainly your guests deserve to know that they are valued, and valued more than just any business with a plain reception area. Our modestly priced arrangements are just that message—a message that your company cares about each detail that your guests will be experiencing while you offer your services. A well placed and eye catching floral arrangement could be the simplest, yet most extravagant method to bring extra life to your company and convey this message of the value of each customer's experience.

Whether your company has one central reception desk, or hundreds of individual areas that need a bit of detail, our floral art is an appropriate choice. Airlines and travel agencies could place an arrangement at the ticketing and check in counters, while hotels and resorts could place a large arrangement at the lobby counter or smaller arrangements in individual guest suites. Every business has at least one common area that is just begging for a new and exciting floral arrangement to come at regular intervals.

Our proposal is simple. We ask your company to consider placing an order for beautiful flower arrangements to accompany your business. Our arrangements combine wonderful aesthetics of floral art with the handcrafted work of art vases from the local artisan community. As one of the few florists to deliver internationally, your arrangements will be delivered at regular intervals without any extra hardships placed on your company. And the best news is that our arrangements start at just $25.00 NSD, an extremely small price to pay to show your customers just how much you value their experience.

For your convenience, we have placed our partner form attached to this letter.

We sincerely believe the added detail of floral art will not only bring a more cheery atmosphere, but will also reap its rewards in additional sales by your company as customers give a higher overall satisfaction rating to their experience. And we sincerely believe your customers deserve just such service.

We look forward to your reply with great anticipation for the beautiful designs that may become. We can't wait to bring you the art of a million flowers.

Graciously,

Dear Mr. Østergård,

Thank you for choosing Arklay Airways to serve your airport!

However, we regret to inform you that your application has been REJECTED due to safety concerns stemming from your lack of FLS facilities and unavailability of refueling services. The length of the flight is also a big factor in our decision, and we believe that your facilities are not sufficient enough to handle and service the 12-hour plus flight indicated on your application form.

Shall there be construction of new facilities that would be able to accommodate long-haul international flights, we would be willing to change our decision.

Sincerely yours,

Natasha Ashcroft

Dear Mr. Østergård,

We have noted the correction made to your application and have decided to ACCEPT it.

However, we would like to reduce the number of gates offered to us as we won't be needing 12 gates to support our operations. We would only be using gates DNM1 - 2.

We will be opening a new route to AST with two flights every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday originating from Arklay Capital International Airport.

Service is expected to begin on Saturday - September 6, 2014.

Your airport will also be included in our destination list shortly. Thank you for your business and have a great day.

Subject: Partnership
Re: -

Greetings,

Essencia Luxury Hotels had taken a beating from numerous unnecessary and greedy lawsuits filed by our rivals for a while, which led us into financial downfall, but we are working on reforming our once glorious hotel line. We recently have gained a lot of funds and money from an advertisement campaign that went to all coasts and borders of Hayabusa, which attracted much more civilian attention within Hayabusa. Also, we have gained some international presence by establishing hotels on Astholm, Retiva, Aodan, and Spain. I have taken notice of the organization and popularity of your airport, and I have decided to propose a partnership between our two corporations. Establishing an Essencia Hotel within Arklay Airways would give us a LOT of international presence, as citizens from each corner of the world come and use your facilities every day. Establishing one of our hotels in Arklay would also benefit you, as I have decided that 25% of the profits made at the Essencia at Arklay shall go directly to the Arklay Financial Department. I simply ask that you read and consider my request for partnership, hopefully ypu will accept, but I would completely understand if you were to decline it.

Kind regards,

- Dennis Farrell

Dear Mr. Farrell

Thank you for your interest in a partnership with Arklay Airways. However, our understanding of your request has led us to conclude that you want to establish a hotel at our main base. We would like to clarify that we cannot approve the establishment of structures within the airport premises or the surrounding areas.

On the other hand, if you wish to become a business partner in providing accommodations for our staff and guests, we can approve your partnership with us. Please let us know your intentions as soon as possible.

ARKLAY AIRWAYS SUSPENDS FLIGHTS TO CADENZA. PASSENGERS STRANDED.
Posted : Sep 08, 2014 1:35 AM EACT | Last Updated : Sep 08, 2014 1:35AM EACT

National flag-carrier Arklay Airways has suspended all flights to and from Cadenza City Airport in Cadenza in response to the eruption of Kaië Ryio'qi in Trellin. According to reports, thick ash clouds originating from the volcano have traveled Northeast into neighboring Dungeyland and is currently barring flights from the east from reaching Cadenza.

From Neu Engollon, CEO Natasha Ashcroft has issued the following statement:

"The safety and well-being of our passengers and employees is a priority we cannot compromise. In lieu of the risks posed by the ash clouds currently affecting Trellin and its surroundings, we will be suspending service to and from Cadenza until further notice. All passengers affected by this fortuitous event shall be fully reimbursed and their flights rescheduled for a later date if their schedule allows so."

At Arklay Capital International Airport, the news has been received rather tamely with minimal passenger complaints. "I was looking forward to a much-needed holiday, but there's nothing I or the airline can do. I would rather stay here than be caught up in that cloud," says Marissa Wellington, a passenger whose flight to Cadenza today was cancelled.

In Cadenza, flight AW4056 was scheduled to depart for Arklay this morning, but was cancelled, leaving 256 passengers stranded. Representatives from Arklay Airways have assured that the stranded passengers will either be brought to Woodstead via a charted ship from Vandeviere Maritime Cruises or flown from Cadenza to Woodstead if the northern air corridor is clear. From there, the stranded passengers will be flown back to Londsdale.

Despite being stranded, many passengers have taken the incident in stride. "At least we might get a free cruise out of all this," jokes passenger Martin Nicks.

Due to the subsequent dispersion of the ash cloud from the recent eruption of Kaië Ryio'qi in Trellin, Arklay Airways will be resuming flights to Cadenza starting Monday, September 15. Our parent company, AWG, will also be making an NSD 10 million donation to the Trellinese government to assist in relief operations in the affected areas.

We have also opened a donation drive at our headquarters and Arklay Capital International Airport. You may deposit any amount of clothing, food, money, and/or other items for the basic needs of those affected.

Dear My. Short,

Thank you for expressing you interest in a codeshare agreement with Arklay Airways.

However, we are unable to enact such an agreement with you as of the moment due to the following reasons:

(1) El-Al currently doesn't operate any routes to Arklay Capital International Airport
(2) Codeshare flights are only possible when 3 airports are being served
(3) The application form you have submitted is invalid as it differs from the official Codeshare Application Form

As written in our statement above the Codeshare Application Form, "As of March 30, 2014, codeshare routes will only be available for connecting flights. For airlines interested in a codeshare application with Arklay Capital International Airport as one of the destinations, please fill out a landing slot purchase application form HERE if your airline doesn't fly to LAK yet.

Routes must include 3 airports with one leg operated by Arklay Airways and one leg operated by your airline. This applies for both one-way and round-trip flights."

Sincerely yours,
