TO: Magus Aquarius, Dragomere Airport Authority
FROM: Natasha Ashcroft, CEO, Arklay Airways
SUBJECT: Partnership Application

Thank you for you interest in enacting a partnership with Arklay Airways!

A partnership with us will yield the following benefits:
  • Through fares, through ticketing and through baggage checking
  • Reciprocal and partnership-based online booking with dedicated computer and smartphone applications
  • Mutual recognition of frequent-flyer-mileage earnings and award-travel benefits
  • Mutual recognition of high-level frequent flyer status
  • Reciprocal admission to airport lounge programs

You may choose which benefits you would like to avail of, if not all.

We also thank you for the offer for a stake in your airline in exchange for a stake in ours. However, the Flag Carrier Act of 2012 prevents ownership of Arklay Airways by foreign companies. We hope that this will not affect your interest in a partnership.

Thank you for your business and have a great day. We are looking forward to your reply.

We would like to accept all of those benefits. The frequent flier miles compatibility, may be hard though, as our two systems are vastly different. The booking by computer and smartphone app idea is a great idea.

We look forward to the partnership and have faith in it lasting a very long and productive time.

We are currently in the process of developing the Arklay Airways Newscenter together with an external site to support its functions. The newsroom will primarily serve to notify guests of new destinations, promos, projects, and announcement. It will also serve as our main marketing platform as we strive to become more competitive in the global airline industry.

The Newsroom site will not be replacing our this one, our main site, which will retain its functions. Applications will still have to be made through this site as well as any other business correspondence.

Times goes by quickly in this industry and we strive to keep up with it without compromising our promise of quality. This endeavor will be another stepping stone for our future as we bring our brand to you.

M. Harley,

We have heard that you are seeking suppliers for your in-flight beverages and catering. We wanted to offer you our services and beverages to help offer a more comprehensive selection to your passengers. Our beers and ales are already world renown and enjoyed by millions, and we think your passengers and customers both in your ground lounges and up in the air would join the hordes of satisfied enthusiastic fans. Not to mention, we tend to increase a company's business profile a hundredfold. We are sending an attachment of our product catalog so that you may familiarize yourself with all we have to offer. We would like to give you an introductory offer of 15% off your initial order. If it would be easier, we could supply with you with an estimated popular package for a carrier of your size, to forego the tedious order process. This package would include our most popular varieties ordered by travelers. We hope to become a regular supplier. Please see our attached supplier application form. Thank you for your attention and interest.

Sincerely,

Thank you for your interest in being one of our suppliers!

After browsing through your product catalog, we are very satisfied with the products that you have on offer. We have selected some of them to be served at our signature Loft Lounges; however, to prevent incidents of drunkenness on flights, we would like to request for your more potent beverages to be packaged in smaller bottles.

Our order is as follows:
  • Full range of non-alcoholic beverages
  • Full range of your primary line of ales
  • Full range of doubles
  • Full Range of Gertner's ciders

We are also interested in the package you have to offer and would like to use that instead if it seems more satisfactory.

Re: Supplier Opportunities

M. Harley,

We are very happy to fill your order and it shouldn't be a problem to send along the beverages in the quantities you requested. I think you will find very quickly the varieties that are the top sellers and lock on to those within a short span of time. As to the smaller volume, our bottles only come in the 12oz size. Our suggestion to you for the stronger ales, starting at the double, would be to either pre-pour the beer in a smaller glass size, say 8oz, or to not actually serve any of our varieties that are over 7% ABV while in the air; instead, saving them for your ground lounges; or finally, limiting purchase of the higher ABV varieties to one per passenger per flight. These methods have worked for some of our other carrier retailers. We wish you luck with that dilemma. We look forward to a long and fruitful partnership.

Sincerely,

With support from the public and investors alike, we are proud to announce that months of negotiations, planning, and investments have resulted in the decision that a familiar name may soon be seen again in the skies.

Air Londsdale was once the flag-carrier of the Federation of Londsdale with 89 international destinations and a perfect safety record. Their service was always exceptional and the company was synonymous with quality, refinement, elegance, and perfection in the sky. Unfortunately, it collapsed in 2010 due to the effects of an economic crisis and we were delegated with the responsibility of flying the flag. We gradually absorbed as many of their people as we can and sold off their route networks to make up for the losses. Air Londsdale was permanently grounded, their aircraft sold and their facilities dismantled.

Outside Londsdale, many people were thinking that the loss of Air Londsdale would be beneficial to us as a competitor had been eliminated. In reality, it dealt our airline a huge blow. Air Londsdale was a crucial business partner, taking our passengers to destinations worldwide as we were still a purely-domestic airline at the time. Airport transition was seamless as our two airlines worked side by side, in good spirits, to be the number one airline pair in existence.

Crippled by the loss of our number one partner, falling passenger numbers, and rising costs of maintaining our planes and paying our people, we ourselves almost followed Air Londsdale to the grave. Fortunately, the government was able to save us, but it was too late to save Air Londsdale.

Today, we are proud to announce that Air Londsdale will be flying once again as our subsidiary, offering flights from our domestic hubs to other domestic destinations. It is ironic that our airlines have switched positions - us being the international carrier, and them being the domestic carrier, but we believe that this is a step in the right direction and we have the sufficient financial and moral support to do it

We still plan on flying domestically, but only to, from, and between our hubs. From there on, Air Londsdale will take over and operate our efficient domestic route network just as seamlessly as they once did. We have given our former Air Londsdale attendants, pilots, and ground staff the choice of staying with Arklay Airways or return to service with the reincarnated Air Londsdale, to which there was an overwhelming positive response.

We are aiming to launch Air Londsdale by Saturday - May 3, 2014. Until then, restructuring will be given its finishing touches and paperwork finalized.

Welcome back, Air Londsdale! We're glad we'll have you with us again!

The Post Aircraft Corporation is currently looking for buyers for our StarLine of Civil Jets. We have jets ranging from the tiny Barnard's Star 7-Passenger Turboprob, to the Monstrosity that is the 800+ passenger Betelgeuse. Please stop by our storefront and look at our options. If you don't like any of them, vote for the one you want at the poll.

Best Wishes,
Rebekah Post, CEO of Texas Air Industries

Sincerely Yours,
