To Mr. Rafka Mahendra, Airport Manager, Sir Kenzsterling International:

Good day!

Vandeviere Hotels and Resorts is Londsdale's premiere luxury chain of hotels with 27 exceptional properties classified into 5 distinct brands. We are interested in opening three properties under 3 brands in your nation - A Fantastique Casino Hotel, A Vandeviere Intercontinental, and a Vandeviere Respite Resort. We would prefer if both the Fantastique and Intercontinental-brand hotels will be located in you most tourist-heavy urban areas while the Respite-brand resort will be located in a more remote area conducive to relaxation.

Our properties are clean and efficient, with all having renewable energy generators and water recycling plants. We also pride ourselves on using renewable resources for architecture, fixtures, and furnishings and thus reducing our negative impact on the environment.

If you choose to accept our proposal, kindly let us know about the following information regarding the land we will be setting up properties:

  • Location (City name. Other location name for Respite Brand luxury resorts. Ex. Shadow Lake) :
  • Address of lot :
  • Size of lot in square meters :
  • Price of Lot :

We look forward to your reply and hope that we can reach an agreement. For more information, please visit our website at vandeviere.com.ld

Connecting The World
Founded in 1915

As the world's foremost leader in the airline industry, we see Cadenza as a rising star among the global scene in business and tourism, and a major hub moving forward for us. We expect Cadenza to be a key location for us. Reviewing the gates, we note that our request fills up the remaining gates at Terminal B, the regional terminal. Knowing full well just how important Cadenza is - and will continue to be - we are willing to fully fund the construction of a larger, state-of-the-art terminal in exchange for the naming rights of it, to be called "Terminal ViZionair". We know that the cost is high, and we realize that not having to fund the the construction of a new, much larger terminal will be a major benefit to your airport and Cadenza as a whole.

Please consider, and see the form, attached.

Miss Ashcroft,
Thanks for getting in touch with the Cadenzan Airport Association. We are delighted to hear from you and look forward to working closely with Arklay Airways.

We have, as implied by my last sentence, approved your application, though I regret to say with a slight restriction on your request. You applied for two gates; unfortunately, the small size of our regional terminal at Cadenza Airport simply does not permit us to grant a second gate. As such, you may find yourselves forced to cut back on the requested 20 flights per week. I understand that this may be less than ideal news, particularly as Cadenza is celebrating its position as Astyrian Capital of Culture for this season, but I trust in the ability of your flight staff and our ground crews to maximise the potential your gate can bring.

Naturally, with the high rate of travel you anticipate between Arklay Capital and Cadenza Airport, you will require some sort of local office. I have worked to track down a suitable location for such an office. We have conducted preliminary negotiations on your behalf for the property at 64 Khinsel Terrace, Cadenza, and I will forward the relevant documentation to you shortly.

The requested arrangements are being ironed out even as I write to you. I am confident your passengers will find travel to and through Cadenza Airport as thoroughly satisfying as an airport can be. I wish to thank you once again, madam, for your and your company's interest in our airport and for your your willingness to meet the contractual obligations. I eagerly await service here by Arklay Airways.

Kind regards,

Chamber of Commerce,
3, Grand Avenue,
Cadenza
Mister Droight,
Thank you for writing to the Board of Commerce. I am delighted to hear from Vandeviere Hotels and Resorts, certainly one of the finest in Astyria's hospitality trade. Cadenza has already made a name for itself as a holiday destination, and the arrival of Vandeviere can only be confirmation of the success our Republic has had in this field.

As you might expect, there are not many vacant lots in the urban areas of Cadenza's tourist towns. The town of Mefra is rapidly becoming the heart of our island's tourism industry, with hotels beyond count. The most high-end district is Rivolet, and it is my belief and the belief of my staff that it is hither that Vandeviere would be best suited. We have - with some difficulty - tracked down a lot of sufficient size for your Intercontinental hotel. You will find details in the form attached.

With regard to the Fantastique Casino, I am inclined to recommend situating the building in the capital, Cadenza, though you may find this to be too close to the site in Mefra for your liking. There are no available lots in the city centre, as an exhaustive study of our Planning Department has taught us. If you would prefer to seek a lot outside the city centre, or buy an existing property, please let me know and we'll do what we can to facilitate your preference. Please also keep in mind that the Republic maintains strict regulation on gambling, with the youngest age at which it is permitted being 19.

Your request for a more secluded location for your Respite Resort is perhaps too vague for us to act on. We can find you beaches away from population centres, forested areas, an open plain, or a hidden mountain valley, but we would prefer not to enter talks with the private landowners or local land-holding authorities before we know your company's preference. Please get back to us on this one with as much detail as you can provide.

We are of course delighted to be welcoming Vandeviere to Cadenza. All you have to do is tell us what you need and we do all in our power to make it happen.

Yours in friendship,

To whom it may concern,
I hope this letter finds you in good health. My name is Azara Fa'leh Tirest. I am the Chairman of the Commerce Board of the Cadenzan Duchy, a territory which is fast becoming one of the most important places in Astyria to do banking, and Astyria is fast becoming one of the most powerful regional economies in the world. The wave of economic growth sweeping Astyria is not an opportunity any corporation or nation can afford to miss.

The task of the Commerce Board, then, is to draw in as many as we can, looking especially for the best around. It was no challenge whatsoever to identify the Hansa Corporation as one such establishment. We are looking for your fine bank to set up at in our Republic, where we hope will be your administrative centre for any further future expansion in Trellin and indeed Astyria, and, pursuant to that aim, have actively sought out the most ideal locations from which to conduct business. A full list of specific potential addresses will be found attached to this letter, with further details, such as office rentals and floor plans, to follow later.

If you have any queries whatsoever, I hope you will submit them at our website. I sincerely look forward to your reply, and in particular trust you will find our invitation ideal to your needs.

Yours in friendship,

Subject: RE: Astryrian Regional Headquarters in Cadenza
Mr. Faleh Tirest:

On behalf of the entirety of the Hansa Corporation, I'd like to thank you for your interest and support. Above all else, we deeply value our interactions with shareholders, clients, and partners. We strive to produce the best products and services possible in order to contribute to the creation of the best company possible. The pursuit of betterment would not be possible without the interest and cooperation of our shareholders, clients, and partners around the world.

We greatly appreciate your entity's request to host the Hansa Corporation in your great city. Astyria, as a region of great economic development, is a strategically important location for Hansa. Therefore, the Board has decided to agree to station its regional headquarters in the Protectorate of Cadenza, more specifically at 83 Grand Avenue. We feel that this location is ideal for the entrance and expansion of the Hansa Corporation throughout Trellin and Astryria.

We are also very interested in expanding our reach to Astyrian consumers and business through our plethora of services ranging from finance to analytics to consulting. We wish to work closely with the Chamber of Commerce in order to expand Hansa's presence in Trellin and Astyria. Therfore, we would like to set up numerous locations throughout Cadenza for our consumer banking arm, Hansabank; our insurance arm, Hansa Insurance; and our real estate arm, Hansa Properties. In addition, we would like to establish a central office for Hansa Information, our consulting arm, to provide our services to Cadenzan businesses. We see Hansa as a influential layer in the economic world of Astyria.

Once again, thank you for your interest and support of the Hansa Corporation. We look forward to dealing with you again in the future.

Sincerely,
Alfred Vansberg
Director of Operations Management,

Director Vansberg,
Thank you for your reply to my letter sent on behalf of the Cadenzan Commerce Board. Naturally we are delighted that you have accepted our invitation, and look forward with great enthusiasm to your esteemed company's arrival in our proud nation. 83 Grand Avenue, right in the heart of the Astyrian Financial Centre, will doubtless prove a thoroughly satisfactory base for your operations throughout Astyria.

As expressed in previous correspondence, our board would be more than willing to assist in locating the approximately twelve locations sought after for your varied and diversified portfolios and consumer interactions. For the local headquarters of Hansa Information, we would be inclined to once again suggest 13 Grey Harbour Lane, Temir, as an ideal address, it being in a prominent commercial district of the country's second city and already earmarked by our property team for allocation to multinational partners.

Logically, a substantial portion of all your branches would be split between the cities of Temir and Cadenza, which account for two thirds of the island's population. However, to get a decent footing in any of the country's other cities you would likely need at least two branches in each. Therefore, we would propose four offices in Cadenza and two each in Temir (excluding Hansa Information's headquarters), Mefra, Ro'ekha and Canve. This might neglect several other towns, but would nevertheless optimise your coverage of the major settlements. An alternative arrangement would reduce Cadenza to three branches and nearby Mefra to one, giving the town of Lema two branches and giving your company a base in the island's media capital. We should like to hear your thoughts on the matter before selecting anything more specific, but I hope this is a sufficiently auspicious outset.

I await your reply.

Regards,

Mr. Faleh Tirest:
Thank you for your quick reply. On behalf of the Board, I'd like to reiterate our appreciation for your continued interest in the Hansa Corporation. We feel that Cadenza, as well as the region of Astyria, has a lot of potential for becoming a focus for Hansa Corporation operations. We look forward to finalizing our plans and creating a strong, lasting relationship between Trellin and the Hansa Corporation.

Hansa Information has been rebranded and become Hansa Intelligence. Regardless, the business still performs the same functions and would like to base its operations at the suggested address, 13 Grey Harbour Lane, Temir. We look forward to using this location as the hub of consulting services we would love to provide to the many corporations of the Astyrian region. We look forward to opening our doors in Temir and doing business with your nation and region.

As for Hansabank, we believe that the best way to get an opportunity to provide financial services to all of Astyria is to cover as much of Astyria as we can. Therefore, we have decided to open three branches in Cadenza, two each in Temir, Ro'ekha, Canve, and Lema, and then one branch in Mefra. As for specific addresses, we have no requests other than the branches be placed in high traffic areas that are accessible to consumers. Hansabank looks forward to providing opportunity for growth in Trellin and becoming an integral part of the Astyrian banking system.

Once again, thank you for your participation in the expansion of the Hansa Corporation. We look forward to creating and maintaining a blossoming relationship.

To whom it may concern:

Greetings!

Cirdiana has been serving Cadenza Airport since 2013. During that time, we have seen the service prosper, benefiting both our company and the local economy. With that being said, Cirdiana would like to extend its services to Lema Airport to tap into the available market. With Lema being a popular destination for tourism and film, we are confident that this new service shall also help bolster the local economy and provide the local population access to Cirdiana's route network of more than 100 destinations worldwide.

We would also like to request for an additional gate to support an expansion of our Services at Cadenza Airport with new routes to and from Sabaesia and Therea.

We are also open to sharing gates with other airlines while they are not in use during days without service.

We are hoping for the approval of the application attached with this message and are looking forward to establish new routes from our hubs.

Subject: New Destination (Princetown - Lema)

To whom it may concern,

Hello, my name is Lucas Goch, the CEO of Royal Air since 1990, all this time I've been looking for great destinations for Royal Air and I can say that I found them, today it's one of those days when I found the perfect destination to be served by Royal Air. Our idea it's to have direct flights from our capital, Princetown. The flights will be done in one of our Boeings 777 every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday with different frequencies depending on the day.

We hope this could be a big step in the relation between both nations. We attached the proper application to start the flights from Princetown to Lema.

Thank you for your consideration of this Application.
Goodbye and we hope to be hearing from you soon to establish a strong relation between nations.

Ms. Carreo,
Thanks for getting in touch with the Cadenzan Airport Association. We have always been delighted to have Cirdiana in Cadenza Airport and we are of course enthusiastic to hear you are seeking to expand your services to include Lema Airport. Nevertheless, it is my sad duty to inform you that we cannot presently approve your application in full. Although Cirdiana is indubitably a valuable partner to the Cadenzan Airport Association and its member airports, we are in agreement with local management that conceding two gates to your use, exclusive or otherwise, would be a great restriction on the future prospects of Lema Airport. In point of fact, Lema Airport is currently discussing with Trellinese Airlines the prospect of their reducing their gate rental to one; other airlines are also interested in serving Lema, and it is in the airport's interests to keep its options open.

I will note that the rental of gates does not grant by itself a permanent and exclusive right to a gate, as I do not doubt you are also aware. There is a certain fluidity born out of necessity in this respect. We will, as will airport management, do our utmost to facilitate your requested nine weekly flights to three major destinations. I share your confidence that these routes will be both prosperous in and of themselves and valuable to the Leman economy and the west Cadenzan economy at large. Local interests are fully in support of opening Lema to Cirdiana, and thus so are we.

Please complete a further application form to open the topic of a further gate at Cadenza Airport.

Kind regards,

Mr Goch,
Thanks for getting in touch with the Cadenzan Airport Association. I am delighted to see your airline's interest in Lema Airport, and we welcome the opportunity for direct service to Princetown. Unfortunately, your choice of aircraft has been deemed unsuitable, as its minimum takeoff distance is nearly 33% greater than the runway length at Lema. If Royal Air has an alternative aircraft that can land comfortably on a runway 1,840 metres in length we would welcome that alternative; otherwise, we will regretfully have to decline permission to fly the Lema-Princetown route.

However; for the past several years, the Cadenzan Airport Association has been aware of the shortcomings of Lema's runway. Like other runways in Cadenza, it was initially designed for short-haul flights not ranging far beyond the Trellinese Empire. In order for the national government to deliver on its promises of economic growth, it must have the facilities to accommodate it. This is why, since 2012, we have been lobbying both government ministries and the government of the earldom of Lemithri for funding to extend the runway to 2,600 metres. I believe Royal Air is the necessary catalyst for that improvement. I would encourage you to contact officials in the Cadenzan ministries of transport, trade and finance and local government in Lemithri outlining your needs and expectations. If funding is secured, an extension will likely be completed by mid-February, at which point we would of course grant permission to fly your previously-chosen aircraft.

Thank you for your time and your commitment to the betterment of Astyrian travel.

Kind regards,

SHAME on those who create alts with the sole purpose to drive artificial demand. In real life, that's called market manipulation and is punishable by law.

To the Authorities of the Central Bank of Cadenza
8 February

Greetings,

My name is María Pía Holk, I am the director of the Office for Foreign Branches of Zell am See. We are a leading private bank that works with a small but exclusive network of clients around Astyria and from our three major offices in Cologne, Saint Moritz and Princetown. Our ideals and values are based in a strong and stable heritage built during our 82 years of work by transforming and adapting the best of the past to the best of the future, that is what make us a unique choice among other private banks.

With HFF 496 million in assets under management and a very selective group of clients spread around Astyria, we would like to open an office in Cadenza that we think, will help us to reach farther in a vast region like ours. After a presented study of the island and the possible locations, we reached the conclusion that the small town of Lema would be our preferred place to establish our next office in Astyria.

We hope our institution and the authorities of Cadenza could soon work together for a better financial future in Astyria and the world.

Yours most sincerely,
