It has come to our attention that L&K Oil and Gas sells paraffin for $59.82 per barrel. As paraffin is an essential component of the ubiquitous laboratory sealant colloquially known as "parafilm," and as Ximea has few fossil resources upon which to draw, the Ximean Ministry of Science has authorized the Bio-Sciences Division to purchase quantities of paraffin for research and medical use.

To that end, we wish to perchase 400 barrels of paraffin per annum, at a cost of $23,982 per year. Funds will be wired upon confirmation of delivery.
