We would like to ask if HIA v.2 offers refurbishment and modernization packages for existing equipment. Currently some 50% of our equipment is damaged or unoperational due to the civil war that ended recently. Our military infrastructure is still recovering and we're not able to perform this program by ourselves yet. We operate the following items:
* Ground Forces:
- 3,800 T-72B local production tanks; 2876 of them are unoperational, the others need major repair;
- 850 T-80 local production tanks; 214 are unoperational, 337 are battle-damaged and the rest need major repair;
- 350 T-90S local production tanks; all of them operational but their electronic equipment and sights need modernization;
- 4,300 BTR-80 local production APCs; 3,455 are battle-damaged and the rest are unoperational.
- 1,000 Stryker combat vehicles; 829 are battle-damaged
- 500 BTR-90 local production APCs; 116 are battle-damaged, the rest need inspection and eventually modernization of electronic systems;
- 400 BTR-60 local production light APCs; 305 are battle damaged, the rest are in a very poor condition due to lack of maintenance;'
- 28 Pershing tactical mobile missile carriers; missiles and vehicles need major upgrade;
- 50 SCUD-D missile carriers with a total of 150 missiles; all need a major upgrade.
- 1,120 Castor SP artillery units; need major repair;
- 200 2S7 Pion artillery units; need modernization;
- 650 M270 MLRS rocket artillery units; need upgrade and repairs;
- 325 BM-21 Grad rocket artillery units; very poor condition;
- 225 Msta-M artillery units; very poor condition;
- 1,600 Dragon-T mobile mortar systems; need modernization;
- 300 Bandkanon-1 artillery units; need complete modernization;
- 100 2S1 artillery units; extremely poor condition;
- 400 M101 SP artillery units; very poor condition;
* Air and Air Defense Forces:
- 550 SA-6 mobile SAM systems; need complete modernization;
- 1,100 SA-2 and 650 SA-5 fixed SAM systems; need complete modernization; we are ready to acquire similar systems in case these cannot be repaired or modernized.
- 180 SA-10 mobile SAM systems; need minor repairs;
- 100 SA-13 mobile SAM systems; need modernization;
- 100 SA-17 mobile SAM systems; need minor repairs and inspection;
- 450 MiG-23MLD fighters; need complete modernization;
- 1650 MiG-29S fighters; need repairs and modernization;
- 50 MiG-25 fighters; need complete modernization;
- 31 MiG-33 fighters; need inspection and minor repairs;
- 19 Su-27 fighters; need minor repairs;
We are currently modernizing our transport fleet and sea vessels, but our factories do not operate at full capacity in order to handle our modernization program. We would like to know if you can perform these tasks. We thank you for your attention.

We are thankful for your rapid response.
Hypparchia is currently mobilizing its forces for a major conflict, and we accept the price you offer. The Transport Departments of our Air Force and Navy will start delivering the damaged units of equipment immediately by means of An-225 aircraft and cargo ships, respectively.
We would also like to acquire a certain amount of equipment for the spearhead of our armed forces - the Special Operations Corps (88,000 personnel), such as Infrantry Fighting Vehicles (300 to 400), Armored Personnel Carriers (up to 600), tank destroyers (70 to 80) and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (20), as this unit will be the first one to enter combat, and most probably the last one to leave it. We trust the quality of your arms and we believe you could provide us with suitable equipment for a military unit with such a task.
Here is a list of our requirements for the needed equipment:
* Full NBC kit;
* Reliable armor, modular if possible;
* Night vision and infrared equipment;
* If possible, active defense systems;
* Suitable for combat in very cold and forested regions;
* High mobility.
Our Department of Defense is willing to pay any price, so long as such equipment is received and deployed in short notice. We thank you for your cooperation.
