We have 2 projects;

It might take up NS$1,000,000.

The Republic of Vectors Ministry of Infrastructure and the Ministry of Defence come to you today for negotiation on a public infrastructure hardening project.

We are looking to bury our large power transformers, being the step up and step down transformers and transmission transformers, in a silo like vault to protect them from harm, both natural and manmade.

-These silos must be weatherproof and waterproof, and would be hardened specifically with a hostile military attack in mind.
-Furthermore, these silos must be completely protected against electro-magnetic pulses and solar flares.
-The roof will have a large blast door, which can be opened manually and electronically, for a top access to replace transformers and provide repairs as needed.
-The silos will have armoured and insulated pipes leading to the surface for the transmission wires to run through.
-The silos will have a platform inside of them for the transformer to sit on, the platform will sit on springs and be free moving on them, to lessen damage from ground mouvements such as earthquakes or munition explosions.

These silos would be indeed quite large, housing a transformer between 50 to 500 tons in mass.

What we meed from you, is to provide the engineering design and provide management and specialists to manage and assist a Vectorian work crew to replace these vulnerable pieces of machinery.

We wish for the Dome to be made out of cast iron, and painted green to represent the Kurdish people.
