After the contract has expired, Orcando Airlines is free to use the aircraft as they see fit. The aircraft were all built between 2009 and 2013. The E-175 seat 12 passengers in business class in a 1-2 configuration at 37.5" pitch, and 68 passengers in economy in a 2-2 configuration at 30" pitch, and will cost NSD 28,000,000 apiece. The E-190 seat 12 passengers in business class in a 1-2 configuration at 37.5" pitch, and 88 passengers in economy in a 2-2 configuration at 30" pitch, and will cost 32,000,000 apiece. UAGI will pay a sum of NSD 250,000,000 a year for seven years to Orcando Airlines for operating this aircraft on its behalf.
